Fantastic 10-star experience ⭐
I had a fabulous experience at this hotel, starting from the reception, they were very friendly and helpful, they made themselves available for everything, even for shuttles for travel, a hotel in total relaxation, which is what I needed, a pool with lukewarm water and a covered one with hot thermal water. Truly fantastic. At the restaurant, we ate very well, starting from the breakfast buffet to the very abundant lunch and dinner, a compliment to the chef who made the dessert "la caprese" a work of art. Everyone was always smiling and very fast in bringing the dishes, a special thanks goes to the waiter NELLO❤️ who made us feel at home, he advised us on the dishes and was very attentive and very precise about everything, immediately putting us at ease, we felt at home ❤️ the cleanliness of the rooms was not bad and from the room you can see spectacular sunsets it was a beautiful vacation, unfortunately, it lasted a short time but we will return ❤️ thanks for everything ❤️

Forget it
Just finished a week of 'vacation' in this place. From the photos online you expect much, much more from both the rooms and the property in general. When you arrive you are immediately disappointed!
The property is in a state of maintenance that is on the verge of decaying. Walls in the rooms damaged and not repaired, TV signal malfunctioning (it works intermittently if you are lucky), centralized air conditioning such that in some rooms you freeze and in others you roast, thermostats (useless) only serve to turn it on and off but do not always work well, furnishings in the common areas absolutely old and even damaged (I am attaching photos of the chairs in the bar or the sofa also in the bar). Accessing the solarium, you will have a great view only if you look towards the sea or towards the hill behind, because otherwise you will have a view of dirty and dilapidated gardens. Be careful not to go there with children, because the seating areas have no fencing and there could be a risk of falling (I am attaching a photo).
The area around the pool is practically not cleaned, even though pine needles and birds make their presence felt. We even found a cockroach in the indoor pool bathroom!!!!
There is no lifeguard at the outdoor pool even though the pool is 170cm deep.
At the reception, they treat you with condescension, quite rude.
With 35 degrees outside, the common areas are not air-conditioned! Only the restaurant is, while the reception, outdoor bar, indoor bar, and billiard area are not!
Luckily, the guys who work in the restaurant (Franco, Nello) and the girl at the bar are nice and make you stay for the week you booked, even though the food quality is not even high. I was there in the middle of July and the menu often featured legume soups, typically winter recipes, and as for fruit, oranges and apples galore! The same apples and oranges were obviously offered again at breakfast as the only fiber alternative (along with canned plums).
7 breakfasts and the savory selection never changed! The same very low-quality cold cuts, 1 type of sliced cheese like Fontal, and eggs only on some days!
They change the sheets every 8 days!!! Even though for a three-star hotel it should be done 3 times a week. Fortunately, forgetting the management's dictates regarding the sheet changes, for the rest, the room cleaning is done by precise girls who really clean!
The last point is the location. There is cosmic nothingness around it! You will find the first supermarket 1.8km away, to be reached on a road full of curves and in many stretches without a sidewalk!
Bus stop 150 meters away, but if you go with elderly people, know that you have to climb a hill with about twenty steps from the main road to the hotel entrance.

Terrible! Horrendous vacation
Terrible! Nightmare vacation! The food was bacteria-ridden.
Dirty facility (except for the floor where we had our room, I'm being honest) (the 3rd).
Rude owner. Very rude staff except for the waiter, the gentleman at the bar, and the girl who cleans on the 3rd floor.
The last evening I demanded to speak with the chef!. Truly to be avoided.
Everyone, and I mean everyone, complained. PS frozen food

I definitely won't repeat it.
Rude staff, air conditioning not working well, non-existent hot water (and we even booked one of the renovated rooms), breakfast lacking in variety, retro restaurant room, resolution of the problems encountered equal to zero.

Everything but food is good.
I really liked my room, really liked the pool. I've done seven sessions of clay wrapping and four manual massages. I liked the wraps, the massage wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. The owners and all the staff really liked it. The food didn't really like it. Regular guests say the food used to be good, but this year there's been a change of cook. I think if you get a good cook back, you can get a top grade. Bad food creates a problem because it's illegal to bring any food into the room. So if you can't eat boiled pasta with potatoes and stuff, you'll be forced to go broke in restaurants. I liked everything else.
