Holiday in gaeta positive!!!
B&B 100 steps beautiful experience
Very clean, close to the sea and convenient to the center of Gaeta
Friendly and very kind person the mom of the sign. Alfonso, careful in everything, present in the structure every morning, what about all positive, vote 10!

In short:
This review is positive for the lady who runs it because very correct and efficient. The son referred to by telephone for the arrangements is not precise and even a little over-fucking.
He is not present on site, he sends orders to the lady who patiently has to adapt to all the unexpected and suffer the discontent of those who arrive and has not received detailed explanations.
You have to specify that you have to look for a parking space among the various alleys (they give you a sign not to pay), if you go in July or August you can also take hours to find a parking space.
After several contacts made to establish our arrival always and only with the son, we were not told that the lady is there at certain times, so you risk waiting hours before she comes to bring you the keys to the room. We have also been criticised for being late, accusing ourselves of wasting time. If you don't tell me there's a schedule, I'll drive as I please on vacation and stop at my personal needs that you can't know.
Breakfast is served at the Lido (just a croissant and a hot drink) and after 9am.
We found the room clean, for our needs it was ok. Recommended for short stays.

Cockroaches on the bed
My husband and I wanted to stay one night only to be able to enjoy a two-day mini holiday with our children and take them to the sea. We arrive, we put our suitcase down, and the lady tells us that breakfast will not be there the next day due to problems and then we would have to go down to the beach to take advantage of it.
When we return from the sea we take a shower and go out for a walk.
We returned around 11.30pm and the older girl notices a big cockroach in the bathroom... She wasn't alone, apparently! The room had other cockroaches running everywhere, even one passed on the bed, where the small child had already laid down to be able to sleep. We packed our things and left right away.
Ruined stay and panicked girl (afraid of insects) the owner, in addition to not having answered the phone immediately, but only the next day, thinks he is dealing with stupid people. No refund, it's not his fault there's cockroaches on the bed... Our decision to take two minors to sleep in a clean place.
To each his own.

Not recommended
We stayed at this property with two friends. The very small room, the bathroom with the door mounted in reverse (it could not be closed from inside), the shower also mounted in reverse. Poor cleaning (remained black feet if walking barefoot). Breakfast practically non-existent, was bought literally a croissant each and there were available a tart and a donut supermarket (and total lack of attention to any food intolerances). There is no parking, at most the owner does you the “favor” of selling you for 15 € a parking ticket to be displayed in the car. Obviously only cash payment. Really high price of stay for what it offers. The only positives is that it is a 5 minute walk from the sea and is a quiet place.

VERY NEGATIVE experience.
Unfortunately I can only confirm the previous very negative reviews I read, we were also very disappointed especially in relation to the cost anything but cheap.
Very noisy fridge uncomfortable bed non-existent breakfast in general not worth the expense.
Promised parking that then there was.... payment only in cash... the list would be long I will never go again.
