Comfortable and cute B&B, bad parking
Nearby you have many restaurants / cafes.
It is also very cheap considering location, breakfast, structure etc..
The property does not have a lift and both the rooms and the breakfast room arrived via stairs.
Our room was on the first floor (to be considered a second actually) and was large and clean. We had two sleeping areas, a private bathroom with shower (no window) nice big, and a "closet" with window.
Soundproofed well. There were mini bar, TV, air conditioners and safe.
Free Wi-Fi internet
The breakfast room is in the “tavernetta” , where breakfast is served from 8 am.
There is both sweet and savoury , a little of everything, even pasticciotti.
Staff at reception and in the breakfast room very friendly and helpful.
The only flaw for which I could not give 5 stars was the parking issue.
In fact, the structure does not have its own parking (we had called to make sure they had it with certainty and for that we had opted for this structure) but put it this way, maybe they did not understand our need and told us that there was .
Having a big car was a patema. First of all the parking the structure there is not, you can park for free in the street, but there had never been place libero.uindi si parking there, but it is a citizen, not the b & b.
Especially along that street they parked on both sides and those who have a slightly bigger car do not pass, and consequently cannot park. But there was never a place, and it was the second week of September. July and August I dare not imagine.
So , for a fee (12€) , they can give you a private parking space , of another structure of theirs, in the next street. They have 4 seats, I think, but sometimes they are also occupied by people outside the hotel without being entitled. Also in this street they parked on both sides and so to be quiet, we needed a specific parking space to be able to do the maneuvers. We had specified it once we arrived, given the uncomfortable situation in which we found ourselves on the first evening (after more than 7 hours of travel). The following nights the parking we needed was not guaranteed, despite the fact that we had asked repeatedly.
So if you need a parking space and you have a big car, evaluate well, or at least call them and get guaranteed parking at the other property , if not arm yourself with a lot of patience because finding a parking space is complicated

Recommended quality price excellent
A special mention for the excellent and varied breakfast especially the super hot pasticciotti.
Perfect cleaning, a few stairs to do being top floor without elevator.
The very small room, I would recommend to the owners, for this very reason, to make more use of existing spaces with adequate furniture, aesthetics are fine but practicality is something else.
We stopped for two weeks and we didn't know where to put the stuff even a drawer...
