Festival of mushrooms

The central hotel is right in the middle of gambarie. We had decided to make a full menu of the local cuisine. The mushrooms were really good and I recommend them.

Mediocre

Rooms are sufficient, dining is unsatisfactory like a company cafeteria, and the wellness center is good but requires payment without being informed of this extra charge at the time of booking.

Ci dispiace sinceramente sapere che le camere e la ristorazione non abbiano incontrato pienamente le sue aspettative. Prendiamo molto seriamente le sue osservazioni, perché ogni suggerimento ci offre l’opportunità di migliorare.
Ci scusiamo, inoltre, per la mancata comunicazione relativa ai costi aggiuntivi del centro benessere. La chiarezza e la trasparenza nei confronti dei nostri ospiti sono per noi valori fondamentali e, normalmente, questa è una delle prime informazioni che forniamo quando ci viene richiesto il percorso benessere. Ci dispiace quindi che, in questa occasione, la comunicazione non sia stata adeguata e faremo maggiore attenzione affinché episodi simili non si ripetano.
Siamo invece lieti che abbia apprezzato il centro benessere e la ringraziamo per averne riconosciuto gli aspetti positivi.
Faremo tesoro delle sue osservazioni, con l’obiettivo di migliorare costantemente la qualità dei nostri servizi e l’esperienza dei nostri ospiti.

A cuddle!!!

A nice hotel nestled in the mountains of Gambarie. Owner sweet, hospitable and really friendly and caring staff. Clean rooms fragrant and well maintained.
An experience that I recommend because you stay well and eat really exceptional meals of good quality and you feel at home as when you were little you went to your grandparents.
Congratulations to the Hotel Centrale, we will be back soon!!!

Relax

Stayed with friends for the weekend of May 1, hotel with a central location, great for being able to move to different places without going too far.
Nice typical mountain hotel, good breakfast, very kind staff, little things to improve.

A hotel looking for close new customers

Hotel Central is located on the main square of Gambarie , well located if you arrive by car. If you come by public transport, the station is on the main square. Friendly service at the reception, a bit knowledgeable but with Italian, English and all hands and feet no problem. Gambarie is in itself a ski resort, with 6 ski lifts. However, we wanted to hike in the Aspormonte National Park. The skitation was already closed. Or maybe never openly. There are many efforts to offer hiking and mountain biking. We hiked to Bivio at Monte Basilica.Up there it got slippery because the snow was frozen. But a nice easy hike, even for families with children. A nice little water fall is about 20 minutes outside the village to admire. The rooms are a bit old. But everything is clean and it works. There is the first mallet since we arrived in the region (and thus not at the seaside) meat in the menu. The food is well prepared and delicious. The food comes hot on the table. The hotel is suitable for hikers mountain bike art lovers and those seeking peace and quiet..
