Vacanze top
Hotel really very clean and organized, the eating never fails. Great food and quality price, solar team and helpful. A special compliment to the cleaning girls always punctual and impeccable. I carried out the all-inclusive formula, really spectacular. The cuisine is varied and cared for, the Chef and very good. The staff has always been there for anything. Thank you very much to all

Disappointing experience
The experience was disappointing. The food was bad: raw croissants for breakfast, watery pasta and meager main courses with tiny portions. The buffet was queued up every time, with disorganized Service.
The Welcoming was cold and uninterested, a stark contrast to the usual hospitality of the area.
Rooms were nice but dusty, with superficial cleanliness. What was promised on the site does not correspond to reality.

Excellent value for money
I stayed at this hotel from 16-23/8/2025 with my family (on the same dates as other guests who left negative reviews on other sites). I must say that my experience was very different. Considering the quality and price (2 of the 3 children stayed free), I think the hotel offers good Price quality ratio.
The rooms were clean (except under the bed) and comfortable (with a nice big shower and a small balcony stocked with a drying rack), the staff was friendly and helpful (except for an inexperienced person, evidently novice). The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs (a few minutes walk x reach the beach, nice route with little shops where you can buy a bit of everything). Sure, it wasn't a fancy hotel, but for the price we paid, I think it was a good deal. To be improved: Entertainment and the floor in the garden
Thanks to the restaurant waiters very kind and helpful. The girl who was always smiling even proposed that she could get us soy milk x the allergic baby.
I am sorry to see that other guests had such a negative experience. Maybe their expectations were different from ours. Anyway, I hope my review will help give a more balanced idea of the hotel.

EMBARRASSING TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY
I stayed (SO TO SPEAK.....) 7 days in this hotel (ALWAYS SO TO SPEAK) in August and if I could go back even if they paid me to me to stay I would have gone. Negative, embarrassing and very, very disappointing experience. Let's start from the first day: check in never seen in my life: deliver documents at 8.00 am to the owner with room delivery ( ACCORDING TO HIM ) within a maximum of a couple of hours . FINAL RESULT: room delivery at 3.15pm with the arrogance of a receptionist who didn't even know what to make up anymore. DELIVERY ROOM: COMFORT ROOM IN NAME ONLY: Double bed, indeed two single beds joined with bedspread full of animal hair. Now I can not say if they were cat or dog but from the reception I was told that it was their knowledge so I thought it was part of the comfort of the room. Comfort was also part of the cleaning of the room itself: dust in the whole room, under the bed , on the bedside tables, above the TV, in the bathroom in short everywhere (also perhaps in the all inclusive package). Bed linen and towels changed every 3 days......
We now arrive in the all-inclusive package proper: breakfast: drinks corner all in all in the norm but as for the rest everything impossible: croissants only empty and everything else packaged (jams, honey) and eggs at will. Lunch: 3 types of first and 3 seconds. Watery pasta and killer dressings. For children always watery blank pasta. Poor choice and portions from diet.appetizers always the same and ditto side dishes. Sweets indeed sweet for 100 people reduced for the lucky ones. Dinner: the same as lunch; little choice and above all little quality. In the always all-inclusive quote were part of unlimited drinks, ice cream and granita and soft drinks.
Always in the all inclusive were part snack with the entertainers always the same, candy and hot dogs for the children. Poor children!!!!!!
To conclude; Very, very negative experience and above all not to try and try again. Poor Service from cleaning in the lobby to room cleaning; from eating to courtesy and helpfulness of the owner. Of all the services in the quote does not even match half so everything to review. I conclude by saying that I am still waiting for the antenna player and that answer of the piece of plastic in the dessert on the last evening of the Romagna dinner but evidently as I repeat it is part of the all inclusive of this hotel.

BAD EXPERIENCE!
We left the hotel this morning.
Experience nothing short of terrible! It was the first holiday a "family hotel" that has practically nothing of "family".
As soon as you entered the impression was immediately negative: dirty lobby sofas, dirt on the carpet and floor, guest suitcases piled everywhere.
Upon our arrival our room was not yet ready!
There was a lot of inconvenience! Witnessing an argument between the cleaning ladies and the receptionist is not exactly nice to see.
Let's move on to food: hot pasta, flavorless condiments, main courses that looked like real "mappazzoni". I can say that I ate "decently" only on a few days.
The rooms are not as large as described by the site. Cleanliness nonexistent! The shower was never cleaned and neither was the floor. I always found dust, sand and hair, despite leaving the room easy to clean every day.
I complained at the reception for not cleaning and the next day I found the floor clean but dust still on the furniture!
Moving on to animation: practically non-existent! The inexperienced animator, he only had those 2-3 discounted dances done.
Don't expect it to be behind your children because it isn't.
Every night, to make our girls become, we would go baby dancing at another hotel.
The rooms have a minibar. There's a single fridge in the baby food room where everyone puts their stuff.
I have a little girl who needs to take a fridge medicine every night and, every night, I had to go down to this room to get it. Too bad this room was dirty and bad honors.
There was none of everything that was written on the contract. Candy corner practically nonexistent! Only some nights, at dinner, they would give 2 candies put in the ice cream cup.
Don't be fooled by what it says on the site because there is none of that.
The tourist tax, which on the site is written that on pay for a minimum of 5 nights, actually pays for the entire length of stay.
I just want to say a big thank you to the waiters in the room: Rina, Mery and Justin. They are wonderful people, always with a smile and make you feel at home.
For the rest there is nothing good!
I just feel sorry for the owner because he is a young guy and could give a lot to the facility.
