Pleasant surprise

Great value for money. Excellent cleaning with towel change every day. Free parking top. Breakfast simple but rich.

TERRIBLE HOTEL

The service was terrible. At over 30 degrees they turn on the air conditioning from the front desk but they do NOT give you the remote control, not only do they set it to 29 which is nothing, but they also turn it off in the early morning, which makes it impossible to rest because of the heat. The cleanliness was a disaster, the shower was full of mold. Breakfast was only coffee, what there was to eat was little and inedible. I do not recommend it and obviously I am NOT coming back.

Good for the location... but there is definitely better out there!!!!

My partner and I slept there for two nights. The hotel is in an excellent location for getting around on foot and otherwise, and it also has a car park. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by very polite and kind staff, and so far so good... the hallway leading to the room has an unpleasant smell of smoke, and the room has centralized air conditioning, so you have no way to adjust it to your liking, let alone turn it off!! The room is all in all okay, if it weren't for the fact that maybe a little more care in cleaning would suffice (a lot of dust)... in the morning, if you want to sleep in, you are not allowed to because you will definitely hear the boiler running in the room next door or their conversations. Blackout curtains in our room were a bit broken, so at 7 a.m. you already have light in the room.
Breakfast very simple but okay.

Negative experience bad room

I had the misfortune to sleep only one night at the Boccadasse hotel and I hope to forget as soon as possible.
The room where I slept very ugly the ugly and dirty view all around me, I slept very little and very badly, the refrigerator noisy and I could not even pull the plug to silence it.
From the bathroom if I used the flush attacked a scary noise ..
The hotel has a positive location and regrets that no attention is paid to cleanliness and the bare minimum to make it possible to rest.
I was looking forward to the day to escape that room.
Obviously I do not recommend it for the experience I had and to give more weight to my words I attach the photos I took so as to give a cut to this bad experience.
I was consoled by the beauty of the town Boccadasse with the wonderful beach and the hospitable bars and with good food.

Felt safe and welcoming

We needed a new hotel in a pinch, and this place was awesome. They were so understanding of our situation (we were 4 girls and needed a place to stay due to other plans falling through).
The staff did not speak English, but it really did not matter. We knew enough Italian and knew that Google Translate exists.
It is in a very safe part of town. 5-minute-ish walk from the beach but not right next to it, so no noise at night. It is right near a gem of Nervi, with this little cove near with really great food. The staff was super kind and made us feel very welcome.
This hotel deserves a lot more stars. It's good, affordable, and in a great location (safety and proximity). 10/10 would recommend and would like to bring my family there if we were to ever go back.
