Historic Charm, Modern Comfort and an Unforgettable Atmosphere
A hotel with historic charm and modern comfort, filled with the enchanting atmosphere of a bygone era. Walking through its interiors, you feel as though you have stepped back into the days when Genoa’s high society gathered here for elegant balls and grand social events.
My wife and I love hotels housed in beautifully restored historic buildings, and the Bristol Palace gave us another truly memorable stay. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds, and it also offered something that has unfortunately been disappearing from hotel rooms lately: individually adjustable temperature control. We could set the temperature exactly as we wished, which definitely earns the Bristol Palace a big thumbs-up from us!
A generous breakfast is served in the magnificent setting of the Giotto Restaurant, making it a wonderful place to start each day. The hotel also enjoys an excellent location near Piazza Raffaele De Ferrari, just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and Via Garibaldi, with its famous palaces.
We greatly appreciated the exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful staff, and we would like to thank them for making our stay in Genoa so enjoyable. The valet parking service was absolutely excellent, with our car always ready within just a few minutes.
The magnificent marble Art Nouveau staircase is also well worth admiring—and taking a few photographs of. You rarely come across anything quite like it.

ELEGANT...
I stayed with my niece during the Christmas period for one night with breakfast.
I must say that the hotel is wonderful.
Impeccable cleanliness and breakfast as well.
(THERE SHOULD NOT BE IN A 5☆ LUXURY HOTEL
THAT SCRAMBLED EGGS AND BACON WERE NOT HOT)
There should be more control.
Beautiful rooms. We also ended up having dinner, everything was appreciated, typical local products.
Very professional and courteous waiters.
The room was wonderful; it seemed like a suite to me, tranquility and peace.
There was no sanitary strip on the toilet... it does not exist!!!!!
Very nice bathroom, super clean, all in marble.
We were treated like two princesses.
One more note: the desk in the lobby for check-in is too small for a hotel of this caliber, as is the entrance.
For the rest, A DREAM... REALIZED.
A must-try...

A wonderful experience in a beautiful historic hotel
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Hotel Bristol is a truly beautiful place, where you can feel the charm and elegance of a historic hotel while still receiving a very high level of service.
The people working at the hotel are absolutely amazing. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay special.
We arrived with a minivan, and unfortunately there were no available spaces in the hotel parking. However, the staff kindly recommended a nearby parking option and helped us with our luggage. We really appreciated their support and attention.
The restaurant is excellent! We had a fantastic dinner there — the food, atmosphere and service were wonderful. Breakfast is also served in the same beautiful restaurant and was very tasty. We really wanted to sit on the terrace, although at first we were told it was not possible. We asked again, and the staff kindly accommodated us. We also respected their request and left the table on time.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — elegant, full of history and charm. We truly loved our stay and would be happy to return. A real gem in Genoa!

This is a great hotel located in the center of Genoa. You can walk from the train station but if you have luggage, you’ll need a taxi. There are plenty waiting outside.
I really enjoyed this hotel except for the fact that you cannot have use of a steamer should you needed. In addition it would be really more aesthetically pleasing if they would remove the bins in the hallways next to the stairs. It really is unslightly. Even if they put a cover over them. It’s such an elegant building so it’s quite a surprise to see it on every floor. The breakfast is really lovely. Rooms are a nice size and the air-conditioning works brilliantly. The location of this hotel is brilliant for walking to the sites and there are plenty of fantastic restaurants all around.
I really enjoyed this hotel except for the fact that you cannot have use of a steamer should you needed. Everything lived up to what was advertised.
Amazing experience, even better than expected. The personnel were extremely friendly, the location was immaculate, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional.
