Breakfast with local dishes
NH close (walkable) to the tourist centrum of the city. Quick check in, nice that there was some help to get my suitcase up the few stairs to the elevator. Room was clean with all the amenities I like ( refrigerator, coffee machine…) The breakfast had lots of options , as also some local dishes. It’s more to business people oriented maybe, but as a vacation - traveller I did not felt out of my comfort

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and definitely would do so again. Great location, comfy bed, hot bath and nice staff.

Disappointing stay
I booked this hotel expecting the standard NH level of service, but unfortunately this stay fell well short on several fronts.
We had completed online check-in in advance (on their request per email), yet upon arrival the reception staff had no record of it whatsoever. Rather than simply resolving this, the response we got was unfriendly, which was not the welcome we expected.
We had selected a room on the fourth floor, but were assigned one on the first floor instead, with no explanation. The room itself was dated and noticeably smaller than the photos on the website suggested. On top of that, the shower was fitted inside the bathtub, and overall the room's cleanliness left something to be desired. On a positive note, the beds themselves were of good quality and quite comfortable.
The parking situation was also frustrating. The hotel's website gives the impression of straightforward parking, but the actual car park nearby is run by a separate, unaffiliated operator who expects you to hand over your car keys. With luggage from an ongoing road trip still in the car, this wasn't something we were willing to do. When we raised this at reception, the response was simply "that's how it works here" — no alternative suggested, no attempt to help us find a solution. We ended up parking ourselves at the Piccapietra underground car park, about 300 meters away.
The atmosphere in the evening wasn't much better. The bartender came across as unwelcoming, making it hard to simply relax and enjoy a quiet drink after a long day.
Overall, between the check-in confusion, the unfulfilled room request, the room quality, and the parking issue, this stay did not meet the standard I'd expect from an NH hotel. The price simply wasn’t in line with what we received.
On the plus side, the location is genuinely good: a short walk from Piazza Ferrari and well placed in the city center. But service and attention to detail let this stay down considerably. I'd think twice before booking here again.

Good hotel but not excelent
We spend 3 days at this hotel..me and my husband...it was ok but not very impresed...god location..near place Ferrari...but we had some inconvetions....breakfast ok but we miss eggs...only boiled and scrambell egs not very well cooked..a lot of cakes...and the last day...we asked to make a phone call for wakeup at 4 oclok in the morning for leaving at the airport..they didn't...the phone didn't function...we asked for a breakfest box ..we leaved at 5 o'clock...they didn't...didn't know....coleg from the front desk...may be forgot...never mind....
