Good

I stayed at this property with my boyfriend for the night of December 31. The structure is inside a well-kept stately building. We stayed in a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The room was clean and although small, comfortable. The only sore note: the absence of the bidet.
The structure has an agreement with a paid parking in front of the port of Genoa but the spaces were sold out as a result, we had to park our car in another paid parking farther away and very expensive. I recommend to the structure to perhaps agree with more parking in order to guarantee guests a parking space.
For the location and the structure itself I recommend it!

Lights and shadows

The advantage of the property is the location, 200 meters from the aquarium and all the attractions of the port area. Functional and effective access to the apartment located in a historic building. . The room was equipped with kettle and espresso machine with pods counted, but no snacks or anything in the minibar. As a double room it is comfortable, much less if you also use the sofa bed: space becomes minimal. Small also the bathroom, with a nice shower but no bidet. No cleaning of the room is carried out until the end of the stay

Do not go there , the picture doesn’t reflect the awfulness of this place

We booked this B&B ,payed a full price and on arrival were shocked by the extortion of 5. € per night for the air conditioning,the towels were unpleasant greyish colour, there was a dirty towel spread over the armchair,area that looked like a slam with the drug addicts on every corner. It looked unsafe and felt so awful that we decided to not stay there for even 1 night( was booked for 4) Evidently we lost our money! The host refused to refund anything, the booking.com washed its hands . Will try to get my money back somehow. We are staying in completely different hotels now. In the very many years we have travelled all over the Europe this Nik rooms B&B was the cloak of the world

Comfortable, clean, affordable

The room was a little hard to find, even the taxi driver wasn't sure what to tell us when she dropped us off but we used Google maps and got step by step instructions as we lugged our heavy bags through the alleys. The staff are very accommodating and nice. Easy check in; easy check out. I have no complaints!
