Pleasant experience

Very spacious and charming apartment. What makes it truly unforgettable are these large windows from which you can experience all the bustle of the city. Furniture sometimes a bit old and worn but I found the cleanliness excellent. The central location has given us the opportunity to visit the city taking very little time in travel and taking full advantage of the time we spent in Genoa. Note of merit is definitely the private parking that you can use with a supplement of 15 € per night.
A small note must be made about the manager of the apartment that I would judge not exactly cordial

ABSURD SITUATION!

I have nothing to say about the location of the apartment and the spaces, but regarding cleanliness all these "excellent" opinions do not reflect mine. The very serious thing is that the gentleman who gave us the keys and had the car put in the back in a private space, saw fit to have a second car put in the back, preventing us from being able to go out when and how we wanted. In addition to being very rude on the phone, he even allowed himself to say that it was our fault because we hadn't told him we were going out. As if to say that we had to do it. Participate "in our bad affairs". The police were of no help as they said that it was private property and they could not intervene. Our stay was ruined and I can only advise against the apartment

An ideal location

Fabulous location located in a historic building in the center of Genoa. Excellent for visiting the very particular Genoese alleys that branch out like a magnificent labyrinth throughout the center. Friendly staff. Availability of private parking with a supplement of €15 per day (worth considering the prices of the blue lines).

Uma experiência histórica

Localização excelente. O prédio é um edifício histórico, reconstruído apos a segunda guerra. Apartamento imenso! Estacionamento dentro da propriedade. Internet so funcionou na primeira hora. o responsavel foi lá, testou, tentou de tudo e nao conseguiu conexao. O banho foi extremamente frio e com pouca pressao.

"Un soggiorno d'altri tempi"

Benvenuti a Genova: nel caos cittadino del centro storico più grande d'Europa sarete accerchiati da bellezze in ogni dove.
In Piazza Nunziata, un antico palazzo artistico (Palazzo Lauro), mostra le sue vetrate.
Entrate, percorrere le scalinate e respirate storia.
La chiave della toppa dell'appartamento 3 gira e risuona negli altri soffitti che stanno per ospitarvi dall'alto.
Entrate e sarete i padroni dello spirito della città.
Tutte le enormi finestre danno sulla piazza e sulla cattedrale, quasi come per toccarle, per lasciarvi immagini che si imprimeranno nel vostro cuore!
