Excellent location and breakfast

A hotel with a very good location. Right next to shops, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Parking is also available in the hotel yard, perhaps at a slightly higher price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but quite functional. There was enough storage space and the room had a balcony. The furniture was old-fashioned and therefore not very comfortable. The bathroom is otherwise functional, but I would have expected the water in the shower to be warm and not lukewarm. The bed in the room was reasonable, so staying overnight was quite comfortable. The hotel's breakfast surprised me and it was rich and tasty. Overall a good hotel.

charming hotel near the beach

directly in the old town charming hotel, newly renovated rooms (for additional fee with sea view (!), warm staff, enough space for bicycles (where only the cellar room is lockable), you can come to the sea in bath slippers, so close it is, good place for the conclusion of the alpe-adria-trail

For a weekend is fine

We stayed the first weekend of September, we were on the third floor, the room was very spacious, the only thing that the bathroom was a bit dated and the night the TV took almost no Italian channels, but since it was a weekend at the beach, it was not a big problem, otherwise the room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast good and varied with the coffee they do at the moment.

kind yes, but the park and the rooms need to be reviewed

Grado has the historic center in a restricted traffic zone and therefore a few days before our arrival we contacted the hotel for information regarding accessibility and, very kindly, they confirmed that the hotel can be reached by car and that they also have private parking ... Alas, however, they forget to tell us that there is a fee (which I find absurd), in many years of travel I have never had to pay for parking, which, moreover, is a courtyard where you have to leave the keys in the hotel so that they can move the car for let the others out behind.
furthermore the room, I must say very clean, was little more than a cell, so much so that the French bed was positioned against the wall otherwise you wouldn't be able to get through. the extremely uncomfortable mattress rests on a sort of cube-net whose structure I didn't quite understand, but which made us get up with back pain... The icing on the cake, the night, (even if the night has nothing to do with it here). 'hotel) waste collection trucks passed by, with deafening noises!... the breakfast was nothing special.
