Cute B&B with excellent location.
Excellent B&B!
Easy to communicate with staff about practical things before arrival and polity interaction upon checking in.
Room simple but clean and a comfortable bed and duvet.
Breakfast was served at a hotel next door and was excellent. A lot of bread, local cheese, cold cuts, egg, coffee of your choice and of course cakes and sweet pastries. Very nice and polite staff!
Great location with only a 100 meter to the ski lift and in the centre of this small town.

Ski trip, 5 days
The White Moon is not super expensive, neither is it very cheap. This is a mid price B&B with great value. The staff(Martina, Vittorio and Allesandra) are all very friendly and helpful. The downstairs bar is attached to the B&B and this is also where breakfast is served in the mornings. In the afternoons/evenings after a day in the slopes you can always pop in here for a drink or a meal. There is non-stop music in the actual bar section (which we really enjoyed) and in the restaurant section they show football , both Premiere League and Serie A. Downstairs is also a pool table and a few fussball games.
If you do visit, plase ask Allesandra to make you a Sardinian Thai drink. She is training to become a bartender and this is something that she invented back home in Sardinia. Very yummy!!! Once again, many thanks for a great stay.
If we come back to Gressoney, we will definately choose the White Moon again

Love this wonderful place - we will be returning!
We stayed here for 10 nights and absolutely loved it. We've been to Gressoney four times now and have regularly visited Bar Favre many times - this is our first stay at the White Moon and will definitely be going back rather than to other places. Martina and Vittorio are the best hosts you could wish for and will do anything to help you. We stayed in the largest of the two rooms - very comfortable, clean, modern and decent sized room which was cleaned every day - also had Sky TV. Clean towels also. As there are only two rooms in the B&B you also have a great private area to keep your skis and boots which was heated. Breakfast is also excellent. Their bar "Bar Favre" is also great and we spent a lot of time in there - excellent choice of food and drink - even for me being a vegan. There is also a pool table and table football which we utilised many times! We are very much looking forward to returning next year. Can't recommend highly enough - go here. Superb value too. Oh, and the location could not be better, literally one minute walk to the lift and 5 seconds to the bus stop if you want to use it. Thank you Martina and Vittorio.

Great value and location.
I stayed at the B&B White Moon while attending a ski course in the area and chose the accommodation based on the location and price. As a solo traveller it can be difficult to find a room for a reasonable price as many places charge a hefty single occupancy supplement.
As with all reviews I consider the price versus what is offered, and in that respect I really have no complaints. The B&B so far as I can tell only consists of 2 guest room my room was spacious and clean enough with modern fixtures and fittings and private bathroom-shower only no bath. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but I brought my own. The double bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage beneath. There is room to store you ski equipment in the entrance area which was secure.
The bar downstairs is also where breakfast is served. There is plenty to choose from for breakfast and the food and service were good. The bar has a good selection of beers and shows live sport. I ate at the restaurant most evenings, getting a takeaway they were very accommodating. The Pizza were nothing special but again great value so can't complain.
Overall I had a very enjoyable stay in the B&B it's great value and would stay here again. So far as the ski area goes the B&B is <5 minutes walk away from the chair lift, it might be possible to ski right to the front door if there is snow of the road but never looked for or found a route.
If I were to come back to the area though I might consider Stafal as a base, nothing to do with the B&B but the chairlifts out of Gressoney La Trinite are very slow 2 man lifts.
