B & B half a km from the center of Frascati, spacious room, bathroom with quality personal hygiene products, high level of cleanliness.
Equipped with television, fully functional wi-fi, efficient air conditioning. Equipped with internal parking shared with a commercial studio, it offers a truly complete breakfast, from sweet to savory, cereals, yogurt, possibility of making toast etc. Sublime coffee Lollo.
The ladies who take care of the management if they can help for any kind of tourist or operational indication.

"Good location"

I stayed two nights with my wife, a beb with good potential for location, suite room space, exterior with private parking and a good breakfast where nothing is missing. Good value for money and availability of the owners.

Fantastic experience

We stayed for the first time in this B&B. We really enjoyed it, excellent cleaning and varied and complete breakfast.
The lady who runs the b & b was really courteous and helpful.
We stayed in the Diana room (suite), very spacious and cozy.

Silent, orderly, of a disarming delicacy. Breakfast well stocked. Immediately Outside Frascati. Good and Quick Response for Reservation. Parking on site. Some steps to enter. well connected by highway
