Pleasant stay in Ischia.

We had a great time at the Pineta Hotel in Ischia.
The facility offers a splendid pool and a lush garden that allowed us to relax greatly every day upon returning from our explorations of Ischia.
The friendliness and kindness of the owner Alberto and all the reception staff should be highlighted, always available to provide the best advice to guests.
It is true that the rooms and the facility are quite dated, but in the superior double rooms that were assigned to us, we were very comfortable.
I do not understand those who complain or give a low rating to the rooms because the shower only has a curtain.
The room should be evaluated as a whole, and for adequate spaces, wardrobe, drawers, refrigerator, air conditioning, and the beautiful private terrace, we were very comfortable.
Breakfast always with the same products but more than sufficient. The room was always well cleaned by the cleaning staff who consistently did an excellent job with a smile and kindness.
In conclusion, we had a wonderful time and therefore awarded 5 stars to our stay here.

Family-friendly hotel

Helpful and kind people.
Clean and the food is good.
Excellent breakfast and snack bar service.
A big round of applause to the girl at the bar who is always helpful and kind.

Ischia stay

Rude staff

Rude staff, I had a problem with the booking deposit; even though it was for the following month, they did not refund my money, emphasizing that if I had entered my credit card, they would have charged the amount for the entire stay! Not recommended

Fantastic experience.

We have just been to this hotel, what can I say, we had a great time! It feels like being with family. Very kind, available, friendly, always ready to help and meet any need. From the first phone contact to the stay, everything was absolutely fantastic and impeccable! In addition to all the comforts of the hotel, it is the staff that truly makes the difference, starting with Alberto, the bar and pool attendants, and the restaurant staff. Thank you truly from the heart and see you soon.
