We have already stayed at this hotel several times

So, we have already stayed at Hotel Europa several times, since 2019. We try to come here every year to relax in Lido di Jesolo. We live in Venice and, for us, this is a little break from our daily routine.
Honestly, we have always chosen this hotel because we have always liked everything, but above all we have always appreciated the cuisine: the buffet is rich, varied, and abundant.
Unfortunately, this year we noticed some changes and also a turnover of staff, so we were a bit surprised.
As always, however, everything is very clean and fragrant. The rooms are well-kept, the lobby is always decorated with splendid lilies, and all the staff are kind, helpful, and courteous.
We thank all the staff from the bottom of our hearts for making this vacation of ours pleasant as well.

Disappointing stay - no longer 4 stars

After many years as satisfied guests, we were very disappointed this time. Unfortunately, we increasingly had the impression that Italian guests are treated with clear preference – from the service in the dining room to the luggage service. Our requests, e.g., for a quiet room, were also not taken into account.
The food had little variety and was heavily fish-focused. Overall, the service, quality, and value for money no longer match a 4-star hotel for us. A real shame, as we used to enjoy recommending the hotel.

A fairytale stay: everything simply impeccable!

We spent an unforgettable vacation and we can only give the highest marks to this property.
Room: on the top floor and the view of the sea was breathtaking! Spacious, very clean, well-kept, and welcoming room that gave us spectacular sunsets and perfect rest.
Pool and Beach: the pool is a true oasis of relaxation, beautiful, well-kept, and ideal for alternating swimming moments. The beach is very convenient, well-equipped, and always very clean.
Food: superlative! From breakfast to dinner, delicious dishes, quality ingredients, wide variety, and care in presentation, not to mention the desserts.
Service and Staff (TOP!): from the reception to the waiters in the dining room, all the staff stand out for their courtesy, kindness, and professionalism.

weekend in Jesolo

very beautiful hotel right in the center. kind and helpful staff . They gave me a very large quadruple room with a sea view, it looked like a mini apartment. Truly beautiful.

Nice hotel in Jesolo

Very nice hotel in Jesolo. Room very clean and staff very friendly.
I was especially taken with the pool, a large pool and a bubble whirlpool to relax in.
You are only a few meters away from both the beach and the shopping street.
Breakfast was also fine.
