I found myself well
Very nice hotel with always very helpful staff.
The atmosphere of the structure is elegant and welcoming, the environments are well cared for.
The room was a double with side sea view, in general it was a mixture of modern and vintage, the bathroom in particular was a bit too old.
The breakfast at the property was really good.
I was not convinced by the pool (really small) and some cleaning details of the room, especially under the bed.
If I have a chance I will gladly come back, I loved it ☺️.

Cute hotel but problems with gluten-free dishes
Beautiful sea view, well-kept garden and very clean hotel, but unfortunately, due to my celiac disease, my experience was not positive. Having consciously chosen the full-board formula, upon my arrival I was told that the salad buffet was gluten-free, but at the same time it was specified that the breaded courgette flowers, present in the same buffet, were prepared with gluten-containing flour. Due to the high risk of cross-contamination I was therefore never able to use the buffet for the duration of my stay.
On the first night I was served fish with roast potatoes; however, some potatoes had ketchup residues clearly visible, which is why I did not consume them all.
Breakfast the next day was handled correctly, but for lunch I was brought a caprese on a plate where there was a breadcrumb. I returned the plate and received another one, but no apology from the staff. About an hour later I started experiencing typical symptoms of gluten contamination. I immediately informed the reception, asking for more attention in the kitchen.
Dinner that evening was adequate, but the next day, after lunch, I had the same symptoms again. After reporting the incident, I was joined by the manager, who stated that contamination was impossible, claiming that the hotel had recently undergone an AIC audit and that no other customers had ever had any problems. I was also told that it was probably a virus. I find these statements unprofessional and disrespectful: I know the symptoms of celiac disease perfectly well and can distinguish them from those of a common gastrointestinal infection.
For this reason on the last night I chose not to dine at the hotel and to personally buy gluten-free products at the supermarket. I was very disappointed with both the handling of the problem and the attitude shown by the management.
Too bad I could not fully enjoy my holiday due to gluten contamination, despite having chosen this hotel because it is certified by the Italian Celiac Association.

We will be back!
I stayed in a triple with two friends at this hotel for 2 nights.
The hotel is very nice, in line with expectations for a 3-star hotel.
Rooms not brand new but very quiet and well soundproofed, outdoor breakfast area really nice cared for and also the lobby is very cozy. Perhaps the only part that could use a refresh are the walls of the stairs leading to the rooms. Even the front garden is well maintained (swimming pool a little 'small, but it fits).
However, it deserves 5 stars for the great professionalism and kindness of all the staff.
From the car park manager, to the restaurant at reception! Really all super nice and helpful! A big credit also to the girl who runs the facility (whose name we do not know) who personally helped us move cars in the parking lot in a hurry. Small gestures that make the difference!! We will be back.

Small holiday oasis by the sea - family hotel with heart!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jesolo! The welcome was warm and the family atmosphere immediately felt. The mini suites (family rooms) are very clean with large bathroom.
Breakfast was very tasty, especially on the airy terrace with sea views. The friendly Service also convinced us.
The location is ideal: on the beach with direct sea access, small pool with shaded moorings and nearby beach bars, yet pleasantly quiet. You can feel the charm of the lovingly run family business.
Unrestrictedly recommended – we would love to come back!

Aesthetically cute but...
The structure, externally, is in line with the classic architecture of Jesolo: white facade, sober and clean.
The restaurant staff is elegant and well prepared, though in some cases far too formal. The dishes tried by four people turned out to be uncharacteristic and not particularly memorable. Worth mentioning is the rich salad buffet.
A critical point: for those with allergies (as in our case to garlic), the options are drastically reduced to 3-4 courses.
Rooms are average: standard, equipped with medium-sized television, hairdryer and shower. The furniture, however, is poorly cared for and rather essential
