Flavors, design and relaxation seasoned with authentic hospitality

A true oasis of peace excellent tastes and the hospitality of Chef Antonello Colonna does not find equal among starred restaurants... it seems to be at the home of an old friend... thanks for the experiences and emotions you gave us

Very nice environment surrounded by nature of Labico. Raw materials quality qualified and kind staff all very good good see you soon.

Not up to expectations...

We stayed at this place to try the cuisine of chef Colonna (see restaurant review), and to enjoy the structure that promised relaxation and elegance.
Elegance yes, at least in common areas: large spaces, furnished in a special way, many details, fresh flowers; dark corridors, however. The rooms, however: quality furniture, I liked the distribution of spaces, the way to connect bathroom and sleeping area. But: rather narrow and dimly lit spaces, a leak in the ceiling, reported to the management (but then no one came to check). The disappointment, however, was the wellness area: cold pool, whirlpool out of order, while the Turkish bath proved valid. Good breakfast but: with little choice and standard quality, far from the excellence found at dinner. It seemed to us, in short, that an excellent restaurant is inserted in a pretentious structure that does not keep the "promises" it makes.

lest we forget

We received as a gift a dinner package plus overnight stay, a fantastic experience. For the dinner we were followed by the son of the Chef a special person.
I forgot to do this review and a month later maybe I would not have done it anymore but it was the few negative reviews that convinced me.
Definitely a beautiful experience that we plan to repeat in November.

My terrible experience

It was a negative experience in almost everything, I book directly at the property one evening at 9pm the next morning for health reasons I ask for cancellation and they tell me no we agree to go the following weekend, I ask if we can go on Friday and they tell me no, there is an event in the facility, so I ask to extend until Monday r they tell me no, closed for rest, ok I agree to go on Saturday but check in not before 3pm, to make it easier they tell me we can eat and then go to the pool. On Friday they call me to tell me that they are warning all customers that we cannot eat on Saturday and to arrive by 3pm. Finally Saturday arrives...we arrive...no one to help us with the trolleys, we go to the pool, the sunbeds and tables are rather neglected, the service bar is a green van, we ask for beers which are brought to us in whiskey glasses, and the quantity of beer is as if it were a whisky. Okay, let's go to the room, in the bathroom not even a glass for toothbrushes... okay!... let's go to dinner, my friend and I order the Senza Tempo tasting menu, our companions just one dish... let's start with the courses which are explained to us impeccably by the son of the Mr. Colonna, who in the meantime went around stopping at each table... skilfully avoiding ours! Anyway, very good dinner! In the morning we go to have breakfast, I would say excellent, same situation Mr. Colonna stopped at every table except ours... at this point I deduce that this attitude can be attributed to the initial problem of the reservation where I had warned that I would write a review... this sir should be less arrogant and take more care of his customers, and try to improve the situation of his resort!! Unrepeatable experience for both us and our friends.
