An oasis that excites!

Experience to remember for the Welcoming, the tranquility of the place and the attention that Marcella and Guido reserve to their guests. We stayed for one night in Larino on our way to Calabria. We found the property very welcoming and clean. In the morning for breakfast we were amazed by the considerable quantity and quality of products offered both sweet and savory. We promised each other that we will meet again to benefit from a pleasant regenerative stop to face a long journey.

Place and superb reception

The reception of the owners was really very warm. We came to rest and learn about the beauty of the place including the culinary delights of Molise.
We found all this thanks to the availability of Mrs. Marcella who has done everything to book us trattorias and point us to typical places to visit.
The house in the green is an elegant, pleasant, cozy, clean and offers a varied and hearty breakfast.

Excellent

A newly built B&B, with large, clean and comfortable rooms. We did not need to turn on the air conditioner given the internal temperature of about 24 degrees. Breakfast is great and includes cheeses, cold cuts, savoury pies, homemade jams and cakes and fresh fruit picked from the trees of the surrounding land. In the garden there is a relaxation area. Remarkable care for the customer of the managers of the B & B, the very nice Marcella and her husband Guido.

highly recommended

room clean and tidy, very nice, including all comforts with the addition of minibar, where we found drinks already fresh available for the night. Comfortable beds and perfect bathroom. Car parking included and convenient, excellent availability and abundant breakfast, superb. Owners helpful and kind. Great experience.

A recommended stop!

Beautiful and very clean structure, abundant breakfast and kindness of Mrs Marcella who manages the place.
Also recommended as a stop to break a long journey or to reach Port of Termoli for the Tremiti.
