A day of relaxation

A really beautiful day
We were greeted with extreme kindness well aware of our 4-legged friends!! Room molto.comfortable and very warm ....total relaxation
Great breakfast!!.....price a.camera.ottimo!!

Exceptional size.

We were surprised by the shower room; the toilets were from another era. The photos on the website do not match reality.
To flush, it was with a cord like in the old days. (See photos)
Additionally, the toilet was leaking and it wasn't from yesterday. The stains on the tile spoke for themselves. We were told to put a towel on the floor.
When we mentioned it, and said that the photos did not match: the response was "we cannot include all the photos," conveniently this one is not included.
Furthermore, we had booked a room with a patio and two lounge chairs, we paid an extra fee for that, and we received a balcony that was not cleaned, one chair for two, and an ashtray with cigarette butts.
It is noisy; we could hear the neighbors talking.
No finishing in the shower room, mold; I remind you that this is a 3-star hotel, which is very far from that standard.
Disappointed, we shortened our stay by one day at our own expense.
We contacted Booking, but received no response.
It is worth noting that the breakfast was very good and the staff taking care of it were very attentive.

some doubts

hotel 2 km from the center of Lerici, convenient private parking, no elevator, small but clean rooms equipped with good WiFi, the TV worked with only national channels (presumably due to a temporary malfunction); self-service breakfast but impeccable (a note in favor of the girls who manage it) with the option to eat at tables outside; the only problem that partially ruined our short vacation was the receptionist's advice to dine at a hotel in their chain, which reserved a very unpleasant surprise for service and food.

The location was difficult to get to and was not easy to park at. The access did not include an elevator and was difficult for me with all my luggage.
The room was good and I had everything I needed but I don't think I would stay there again.

Simple and warm welcome

Well located quiet with a beautiful view. Hearty and gourmet breakfast.
Nice welcome, very helpful people who did us a great service when our car broke down. A huge thank you.
