If you go to the village you will be fine with Carmelino

B & B , located in the center of the village, comfortable rooms and equipped with everything you need (we also found the coffee maker with pods in abbondanza.Ci greeted Carmelo, the owner, very nice person, very helpful and extremely gentile.Ci accompanied us for a tour of the village providing explanations and information on the attractions of the same and dintorni.Abbiamo had a problem with the car, came to recover, helped us solve it and accompanied us to collect the car. Really great!!

Accidental tourists

After having accidentally seen a report on TV about Licodia Eubea, we take advantage of the All Saints weekend to go to this lovely corner of Sicily. We book two rooms in this delightful and very central B&B. Apart from the comfort, cleanliness and location of the structure, the extra something is the manager, the very nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable Carmelo who offered himself both as a guide to show us the attractions of his town and as "advisers" of the surroundings. What can I say... seeing is believing.

Perfect stay.

We had a lovely stay at Il Paesino. Our host Carmelo was very accommodating, he made us feel very welcome and took care of us during our short stay. The place is strategically located at the village piazza, across from a little cafe where we had breakfast. We also had the pleasure of meeting Carmelo's lovely wife and daughter, who very kindly gave us a lift to the bus station and kept us company till the bus arrived. Would definitely recommend this little B&B.

Beyond Remarkable!!

We stayed for a weekend at Il Paesino - Licodia Eubea. The moment we arrived we were given a warm welcome by Carmelo, the owner, and later his lovely wife. The place is spotless, the bedroom and shower spacious, the beds comfortable and the mountain view spectacular. He accommodated all our requests, showed us around the village, introduced us to the community of Licodia, gave us tips about places to visit and restaurants to eat at, helped us with buying bus tickets, and gave us lifts to places nearby. The village is quiet yet full of people who immediately made us feel at home. Fresh bread, warm sheep milk ricotta, mouthwatering arancini, and almond biscuits are amongst the many things we savoured and will definitely go back for. The location is excellent if you are a nature lover. The highlight of our stay was a walk to Lago Dirillo and back - it was a lovely day spent soaking in the sun, feasting our eyes with breath-taking views, replenishing ourselves with the fresh air, talking to locals, taking pictures with horses and much more. We felt safe throughout our stay. It's a place I will give 11/10 for. Keep it up Carmelo! Thank you very much. Ci vediamo presto :-)

Perfect Spot in a Lovely Town

I spent a week in Licodia Eubea as part of a small group tour. I stayed at II Paesino which was wonderful in every way. The host, Carmelo, is very charming, helpful and accommodating. The B&B is located in the center of town so it is very convenient. There is a nice roof deck (with a sail for shade) and my room had lovely views. The town itself is a great base for exploring all of the sites in Eastern Sicily - Etna, Siracusa, Catania, Agrigento, Ragusa, Modica, etc. The town was celebrating its Feast Day so there were also local activities on some evenings during our stay. The towns people were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Il Paesino and the town!
