Simple but comfortable

A simple but comfortable B&B.
Ideal for those traveling by car because it is a certain distance from Lucca, but precisely for this reason, it enjoys a quiet location, away from traffic and chaos. The parking is very convenient, spacious, and has many available spots.
The room was basic and not particularly spacious; the bed was not very comfortable, but the environment was clean and equipped with everything necessary for the stay. The bathroom, on the other hand, was spacious and well-maintained.
The breakfast buffet was also good, varied, and well-stocked.
Considering the price, I would gladly return.

A small oasis of tranquility

We stayed one night in this lovely B&b 7 km from Lucca.
What about it? Clean, cozy and quiet room, great breakfast and friendly and very kind staff. I recommend it to visit Lucca, if you travel by car.

No more than one night

I was with a smartbox, place out of the world if you do not have a car do not go there, only the wifi of the structure works. We should have as per smartbox fruit basket but we did not see anything, uncomfortable bed a bit 'broken. Arrived we smelled a good smell of croissants, they were those for the day after we saw ourselves put at breakfast. Hard as a stone. Super sweet fruit juices .. basically just sugar. Eggs cooked at 08 and left there without keeping them warm... in short, there were not many rooms for such a rough management. Tourist tax 3.50 per day per person. Would not stay there again

To avoid!!!!

Total rudeness , an owner unwilling to answer customer questions, turning in a high voice and hanging up the phone in our face reporting to find us another place, just for asking for another type of room without asking for discounts .. all this at the time of booking, I dare not imagine on the spot how we would have been treated, if I could have put less 5 I would have done it. I've never met a guy like that when I've been to Italy. I think it's a place to avoid for everyone.
