Great animation

We dedicate a review only to animation, Sasy and Mariagrazia have kept us company for the whole week, entertaining our baby Camilla with workshops, games but also with hugs and much attention! Fun nights with baby dance and games/shows for everyone! Always ready to satisfy the requests of the little guests, from the game to snack together! Thank you for your company and your serenity..

Here you can stay on a school trip!

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The room was so poorly ventilated that we had windows open and all the heating off. The bed was uncomfortable, no place to unpack the bag except hanger in closet. All areas are worn and the lobby area including bar is unwelcoming to sit in. The restaurant looks more like a school canteen and the staff have missed the first basic course in catering. The staff albeit untrained were friendly. Breakfast is ok.

Great food quality, great location and good price!

Hotel located directly on the ski slopes, with a view of the mountains visible from the windows of the warm and pleasant swimming pool! Our family quadruple comfort room at a great price, very spacious and with two bathrooms. . You just need a refresh on the walls and a touch of modernity!
Great food, starting from the rich buffets and ending with dessert, dinner always offers different choices of typical mountain food, always delicious .. excellent pizza for lunch!

The structure is perhaps a little let go especially as regards the rooms, furniture "broken", sockets few safes for small children, carpet in the hallway not spotless but still all details can be improved in a short time; but above all all all all all details that reset the moment you know the staff, from the cleaning guys to those of the animation, the waiters the photographer, all great people and that make you feel at home. So then you deal with the positive things that far outweigh a drawer in the room that you don't ask for. Thank you for the laughter you made us do, for the first time in many years I was really sorry to have to leave.

To be restored

Great for reaching to the ski slopes. Too bad the rooms are tiny and are old-fashioned. Carpet stairs and corridors old and dirty. Cleaning room top. Swimming pool warm water, out of the water it is cold. The restaurant looks like a cafeteria. To be modernized definitely. The food is good but not great.... let's say it would be to give it a nice renovation. Nice entertainers. Waiters in the lounge unresponsive. A bit to call back.
