Great hotel with super service.

Room nicely and functionally furnished; always clean; short walk to the lake; garden and pool very beautiful and wonderfully landscaped; great breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires; was always refilled immediately, staff very friendly, especially breakfast on the terrace was great! The snack bar in the garden was also great; Roberto and his team were friendly at all times, you got an answer to all questions, always helpful! Only point of criticism: Temperature of the
air conditioning could unfortunately not be adjusted. Otherwise a great stay at the Hotel Benacus, we felt very comfortable,
would love to come back and will also recommend it to friends and acquaintances!

I would recommend it to friends

Very nice, staff just sooo nice and helpful. Pool area was very enjoyable we and the kids love it.

Really lovely hotel

What a beautiful hotel. Spotless clean. Everything you could wish for. Beautiful pool and gardens. Pool bar on site. Breakfast is lovely, special thanks to the man on reception and the lady in the breakfast room. You were both so friendly. Hotel about 2 kms from the centre. Big spa supermarket opposite. Already recommended hotel to friends.

I would 100% recommend this hotel. I will certainly return!

A very nice place to stay in Malcesine. Just outside the city center. Near the beach of the lago. The team is very friendly and services oriented.
The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, airco works perfectly, so you can keep the window to the balcony closed, which means there is no noise from outside. The breakfast is great on the balcony outside. And the swimming pool is a nice place to relax in the sun or shade.
There are sufficient options for restaurants on walking distance.
