Beautiful, new chalets in a soothing, rural, green setting, in the center of many historic villages.

We stayed in one of the 3 chalets on site. Beautiful, new, equipped with a kitchenette and terrace overlooking the beautiful vineyards. The old farmhouse is very attractive and contains a good restaurant. This still had a limited opening at this time of year. Breakfast was not yet served, but supermarket was in a row away for its own breakfast.
In terms of location a good base for many authentic villages nearby such as Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Orvieto and the waterfalls of Cascata della Marmore.
If you like a quiet, rural destination, this is perfect.

Very nice experience

Absolutely worth a visit. very nicely prepared food in a beautiful calm setting. We have tried many many restaurants in the area and this is definitely one we’re coming back to.

Wedding weekend of our dreams

Dario and Armine were the ultimate hosts for our daughter’s three day wedding. We had 23 guests total. The first night we had a welcome party with a live band and a gelato cart. The second night we had a semi-formal rehearsal dinner with grilled meats and the third day was wedding day. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Every single thing they served us was amazing. Breakfast was included each day. They helped arrange a private wine tasting with the neighboring winery. That was a fun experience. The property itself was breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice. We would definitely recommend this farm to everyone looking for personal service, amazing food and warm hospitality within a low/moderate budget.

Confirmation Lunch

We stayed at the restaurant of the farm to celebrate the confirmation of my daughter.
They put us in a beautiful and secluded room, which really tasted like history.
We ate very well and with the right portions (including review).
My guests liked everything, the structure, including an environment of the old stable, almost intended as a museum of tools and peasant objects, the well-kept park and clearly the food.
The friendly and courteous staff, and Dario, the Owner, a really nice and helpful person.
In short, I can only recommend this farm, which is located in the silence of our Umbrian countryside, and I personally hope that there will be an opportunity to return again.
Thank you all, you made my daughter's party really TOP!!!!

negative experience

The positive thing is the kindness of the owner, the place was really poorly cared for, foliage everywhere, even a broken glass in my opinion as well as ugly to see is also dangerous, in the rooms dust everywhere non-existent mattresses, sleep very difficult. The place certainly has a lot of potential but needs to be taken care of stairs full of moss, overall a negative stay.
