Highly recommended.
Perfect stay! I spent a few days here with my family and was truly impressed in every aspect. The room and the bathroom were impeccable, featuring deep cleaning and attention to the smallest details. The location is strategic: very close to the main attractions, which allowed me to move around in total comfort. Finally, the value for money is truly exceptional for the services offered. A special thanks to the staff, who are very kind and helpful in providing useful advice. Highly recommended, I will definitely return!

Pretty positive, but not everything
When I write a review about a property, I try to be as objective as possible, and that's what I will do again this time.
There are many positive aspects of this structure. First of all the proximity to the center, easily accessible on foot. The room clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful.
But there are also many downsides. The room was below street level, and the view, as can be seen from the attached photo, was on the tires of parked cars. Unable to open to ventilate, definitely enters the exhaust gas of passing cars. Services, in fact, do not exist. Check-in with a code. Operators heard only by phone or WattsApp. No cleaning, even in the common areas, from where no one removed the trash, and no one restocked / replenished the snacks that were to serve for breakfast. The property also does not have private parking. If someone is NOT self-equipped, this is not a problem, but for those who, in a city they do not know, have to "struggle" to find a parking space, I guarantee you can become a real problem.
Probably the owner will find fault with this writing of mine, as I noticed that she has already done with not entirely positive reviews.

Nice guest house near the sassi
This small guest house is located just outside the sassi, you walk to it in minutes. The rooms are made of traditional sandstone, very atmospheric. You can't have breakfast there (it was on the website as an option ), at least not during our stay at the end of March. 5-10 minutes walk are restaurants where you can. Parking is free on the street nearby.

A stay in Matera
This bed &breakfast was beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean and excellent even in detail. The bed & breakfast host is very nice and always available and was at the service of guests. Good work made my stay a breeze. Thank you so much. I will definitely return to the same location next time. Fix it for all.
