Valid hotel for a stopover in Milan near the station.

The hotel is located in an area well-connected by public transport. It is a few minutes away by car from the station, a quarter of an hour on foot from it. Although the area is a bit desolate in the evening and the hotel might look a bit old from the outside, inside there are all the necessary comforts, even an intelligent system that turns off the air conditioning when the window is open (a plus for sustainability).
The bar and breakfast service is very good, there is variety, there are also gluten-free options (there was a person with celiac disease with me), and the staff is very kind.
The room for three people is adequate in terms of space for both the bedroom and the bathroom.
Excellent welcome, excellent staff, highly recommended.
The only downside, I repeat, is the area, which is a bit desolate in the evening and might seem run-down, but it seems to be quiet.
But on the other hand, it is a few minutes' walk from the Central station and Piazza Gae Aulenti, and therefore also the Garibaldi stop. Nearby, among those I used, there is line 9 (from Milano Centrale) with Viale Tunisia and line 1 (which comes from the center in the direction of Greco) with the Vittorio Veneto stop.

Please avoid, the area is full of other better options

The location is ok.
Personnel is not ok, very rude receptionist and also the restaurant staff is not too nice.
Breakfast is awful, no variety and bad quality for the few items they have.
The cleanliness is not great, my first room was dirty, smelly and noisy. The second one after they changed it was better.
The biggest minus is the staff, they should not work with people.
Policy is to leave the key with them, this is not ok in 2026.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff members from the front counter (2 different ones) and those positions at breakfast were not customer service oriented. They were not friendly. They avoided assisting patrons with questions and didn't inquire if assistance was needed when the customer looked puzzled. This was the first time I have ever had to turn in my room key at the front desk when leaving the premises to go see sights and visit the area. Then, upon return to the facility, we had to go to the front counter to get our room card key back. That was strange. Felt like we had to get permission to leave and return to the facility.

Alright if accommodation is not the priority

Small budget hotel located outside downtown, close to park which make it convenient for outdoor jogging. Far from the best but not the worst 3 star hotel.

The experience was quite good. The hotel was centrally located and walking distance from Central Station. The reception was in its place for 7/24 and breakfast was very good.
Beds (twin beds) were not comfortable but ok. The major problem for us through the two nights was the loudiness during the midnight. The first one on June 6th was mainly related to a fireworks at the city, but the second one was weird. There were a lot of bottles being broken , or the garbage truck making some noise. But that was more than bearable for around an hour. If this is repetitive, that annoys the guests.
Overall, the reception was very helpful, the wifi worked well and was a good choice for the price.
