Location amazing, next to metro, coffee shops, food, safe area, flat comfortable, clean every day, but most of all, the service of Roberta which helped us, with drivers, guidance, she is no.1 , thanks for your help

Excellent exchanges with the managers, hyper flexible (check out delayed to do us service at no extra charge), ideally located, very clean and nice, brief to recommend and we will return next year for the 01.2027 sales. Thank you.

Bad Exoetience.

From the start we had nothing but issues. To get in you had to go through an iron gates that was hard to push open and very tiny to get through. We than had to walk up 9 stairs with our luggage to get to the elevator. We were told we would have air conditioning, internet and tv. None of this worked when we got there. We called several times and finally someone came up to our room to help. She could not get the tv or internet to work. She was having someone else sent up. She came back with someone and they got the tv to work and gave us another Internet site to use while they worked on it. We were told that we would not have AC because it was close for the season but they could bring fans the next day. As a good faith left as bottle of wine. The rooms were so hot it made sleeping hard. After a rough night we woke to a terrible smell in our room. It smelt like garbage and with the heat made it worse. We had six people staying in the room. Four of our guess left and found another place and we decided to move to another place as well. When we notified them we were leaving we got a response stating they taking full responsibility but so far have not offered any compensation. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Perfect stay in the heart of Milan !

The apartment was spacious, had a kitchen, housekeeping daily who were amazing as well. The apartments also have a lift. It was perfect for our family of 4. Perfectly located in the heart of Milan. It was a 7-minute walk to Duomo and a 5 minute walk to the Sforza Castle. The restaurants are at your doorstep. Metro 5 min walk. Communication with manager Aaron was smooth and if there was a query it was answered immediately. I would like to thank Aaron for his amazing customer service. I would definitely stay here again!
