Highly Recommend!
The location is unbeatable, everything is within walking distance, so there's no need for a rental car if you stay here. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent, fresh, delicious, and served with top notch attention. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend. Safe travels!

We were downgraded on the day of check in, works was being completed in the property therefore the noise and yet even though communication with the property prior, nothing was said until after we checked in.
I trust worthy and would never stay at this place ever again.

If you have the Numa and WhatsApp apps; have uploaded the necessary information prior; AND have received your PIN to access the property and your room. You will have a great stay as the room and staff (especially Emma) were great, BUT this is not actual hotel where you can just walk into reception and check in. You cannot get into the property with completing ALL three elements listed above and the doorbell on the street does not work during traditional hours. This is an overly-engineered hotel which works great as long as all the technology works. We appreciated the early check-in, free luggage lockers and water. Of note, the coffee in the lounge and in our room was horrible.

This "hotel" is more like an airbnb. Housekeeping doesn't visit unless you request services and front desk staff isn't always available. But during our stay, Julia, was very helpful getting us oriented & answering questions. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was large & comfortable with a balcony. One of the nice hotel features is a laundry room with soap provided. Although the washer is small, we made use of it during our stay.
The location is walking distance to the Duomo, restaurants, shopping areas.
