Fantastic

Fantastic hotel. Modern, spotlessly clean. Very kind staff from the receptionists to the waiters who are very professional. The food is really delicious and the plating service is first rate. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed. Bathroom a little small but everything perfect. Super recommended.

Sloppy and mismanaged

Decent but dirty room (in the shower there were empty soap bottles used by the previous guest). INDECENT breakfast: only croissants and industrial cakes of very low quality, no fruit, salty food not even the shadow. The juices and yogurt were missing. Not even the worst b&b offers such a poor breakfast. Save yourself, book somewhere else

Unfair and unprofessional.

Bad experience with final surprise.
After booking the entire structure (more than 80 people) for two nights, months in advance and agreed check-in at 14, the first hitch occurred when we arrived at 16 , when after checking in the rooms had not yet been cleaned. After making sure on my arrival (by double-checking with the receptionist) that the reservations with relative names for all my guests were confirmed, only after many hours once we left for dinner , (among other things the evening before the wedding) we were informed that two of our guests would not have their room available for the following evening, because of a mistake of the hotel, they themselves had reserved this room for third people. Our guests then on the second evening had to move to a bed and breakfast without even time to choose it. The final surprise was when we returned home when we realized we had left a valuable in the hotel that as if by magic disappeared. After also talking to the cleaning lady, who answered my questions sufficiently and liquidated me in a few seconds, I had confirmation that I had suffered a theft. Overall a more than negative experience (even for breakfast certainly very far from the standards of a four star), not even the slightest at the level of the restaurant that had recommended it and where instead we received excellent treatment.

To forget..

All in all the hotel wouldn't have been bad, but getting there is a mess, an unmarked country road, when we arrive we go to our room, a tragedy.
Dirty room, on the floor there were two lids of drinks certainly consumed by previous guests, floor not even swept, bathroom: dirty shower with hair, and finally a very uncomfortable bed.
In the morning we go to have breakfast, the dirty room hadn't been cleaned, the night before there had been a party, maybe corporate I don't know, it doesn't matter but at least a sweep. There were bottle caps and glasses on the floor.. not to mention the miserable breakfast, no comment... terrible experience to forget..
