Good option

Simple hotel located in a quiet area a few steps from the seafront. Stay on the 5th floor attic room 502 renovated, equipped, spacious and with a large bathroom, balcony with chairs. Full board with varied and abundant breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner more than enough. Good value for money.

A little more organization.

Reading some reviews they are similar to ours like car parking, missing beach spots but solvable thanks to the girls at the reception if I remember the names Giorgia & Crystal really kind and very organized a thank you goes to them ,, let's move on to the dining room and dinner some mix-ups but always solvable, I compliment the cook or chef you eat really well and thanks also to the dining room staff also to the little man who looked like a statue but all in all great recovery by his colleagues here too a thank you this is all

To be avoided

Dated hotel with a total absence of routine maintenance. Air conditioner in the restaurant dining room NOT working. Wobbly shower stall. Clogged sink drain. And worst of all, total absence of the owners in my specific case, severely disabled, with a 118 call and transport to the emergency room for an illness due to the high temperature in the restaurant dining room.

This hotel is to be excluded from my next vacations

Arriving at the hotel the room at 3:30 PM was not ready, the manager had forgotten to book the beach, my opinion is otherwise, we were 25, after I insisted strongly they took steps to book another beach club otherwise they would have collected the money for that day without having had such service. The food was of terrible quality, they put the fruit on the table one per person or it was hard as a rock or some were found slightly ruined, the TV didn't work, the hairdryer didn't work, there was the group leader who was allowed to enter the kitchen and what not and on the last day to take the cutlery without gloves and bring them to the tables. All this happened because there was no one in charge of the dining room who checked these messes. The only nice people were the waitresses at the reception, Cristal, and the cleaning ladies.

Friendly and kind staff the rest so so but it's okay anyway
