A weekend to repeat!
A wonderful experience in a modern and welcoming facility. Clean rooms and a well-maintained adjoining pool. Super breakfast and varied lunch. A special mention for the reception, and particularly for Mirko. I did not give 5 stars due to some small details that could be improved. The spa is small and lacks a hot tub. The massage service, provided by external individuals, is not well organized; for example, it lacks disposable underwear and designated areas for such situations. Everything else was fine; we will return!

Good hot delicious food
Located in Modica of Sicily and it is far from the city. Very nice reception area though the room was small. Italian food was serve6in the restaurant inside this hotel. Staffs are good.

Very disappointing experience at Modica Boutique Hotel.
Our stay from 03.06.2026 to 09.06.2026 was affected by several serious issues.
In our first room, we experienced problems with the electricity and air conditioning for approximately three days. Despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved immediately.
We were then moved to another room. On our last evening, we discovered significant moisture damage and mold beneath the window. Unfortunately, we only found it at the end of our stay. Photos were taken and documented.
What makes this even more concerning is that my partner is pregnant. We repeatedly informed the hotel about this and made it clear that a clean and suitable room was very important to us. For this reason, it is extremely difficult to understand how we ended up in a room with visible mold and moisture damage.
Throughout our stay, we remained polite and tried to resolve every issue calmly and respectfully. We did not make a scene, we did not argue, and we simply expected the hotel to address the problems appropriately. Unfortunately, that never happened.
At check-out, no meaningful solution, apology or compensation was offered. Even more disappointing, I contacted the hotel manager directly after our stay, provided photos and gave him several days to respond. To this day, I have received absolutely no reply.
The lack of communication and customer service after such serious issues is unacceptable. When guests report repeated power and air-conditioning failures and later discover mold in their room, the very least they should expect is a response from management.
We tried to handle everything professionally and without conflict. The fact that we were left with these problems, received no meaningful support, and were ultimately ignored afterwards is simply unacceptable.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE.
We are three couples from Tuscany on a tour in Sicily; we chose this hotel because it seemed like the best location to move around for the planned tour, and it was indeed so. We appreciated the free covered parking, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the warm welcome, as well as the availability and professionalism of the reception, particularly from Mirko, who made us feel truly at home.
The hospitality and kindness of the staff are what make the difference, in all departments, including breakfast, bar, etc.
A place I highly recommend for all the services it offers.

Ideal for an overnight stop
Newly built hotel, it has spacious and well-equipped rooms, the lobby is not very spacious but sufficient, the dining room is comfortable. The food - at least for my group experience (Boscolo) - turned out to be of poor quality (overcooked pasta, a second course of bland boiled sausages accompanied by an insipid side dish), breakfast is assorted with both savory and sweet, still of international style, not typical. The main flaw of the structure lies in its close connection with a gas station facing the entrance, which inhibits an outdoor space. The surrounding context does not encourage attempting to exit on foot.
