We always come back here.
We have been coming back to this little paradise for years, and every time, the feeling is that the stay is even more special than the previous one.
For me, my husband, and our little dog—who has spent a large part of her life's vacations among these wonderful mountains—this place has now become a second home.
Patrizio, Oscar, and the entire staff, no one excluded, always manage to make us feel welcomed with authentic warmth. They do it through kindness, helpfulness, and the beauty of the surroundings, refined without ever being pretentious, where simplicity, tradition, and attention to detail coexist in perfect balance.
The cuisine is excellent, with menus that are well-curated and never banal, even for those who, like me, follow a vegetarian diet. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, and at the same time balanced and nutritious.
There was never a lack of advice offered with helpfulness, a smile, or a few words exchanged with pleasure, even at the end of the most intense days.
This, therefore, more than a review—inevitably enthusiastic—is meant to be a sincere thank you.
Thank you for continuing to preserve and make this corner of the world so special. And thank you for reminding those lucky enough to meet you that kindness, care, and professionalism are precious qualities capable of transforming a vacation into a memory to carry with you.

Leggere una recensione come la vostra ci emoziona profondamente, non solo per i complimenti, ma soprattutto perché ci fa sentire che ciò in cui crediamo e che cerchiamo di costruire ogni giorno arriva davvero a chi ci viene a trovare.

An excellent experience
My husband and I spent 6 wonderful days. The owners are very kind, every day they recommended fantastic walks based on our level.
The food is TOP, all the waiters are infinitely polite. The hotel is in a strategic location, with renovated and very clean rooms. EXCELLENT and we will be back

A pampering from beginning to end
We had a very beautiful experience at this property, which is located in an enviable position, ideal both for enjoying a spectacular view and as a starting point for mountain excursions.
The cleanliness is impeccable in every corner, from the rooms to the common areas.
The added value is certainly the hospitality: the owner is always present and ready to recommend the best trails.
A special praise goes to the chef for his excellent cuisine and to all the dining room staff, simply impeccable, professional and attentive.
We felt pampered from the first to the last day.
We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay.. highly recommended
Perfect hotel, tranquility, excellent food, spacious rooms, very kind staff, but the difference is made by the owners, always smiling and available with a great ability to understand the needs of each individual guest. We want to thank Patrizio for making our stay perfect and Oscar, always with a quick joke... you are great... greetings and see you soon. Marina & Roberto

Not recommeded!
Owner is not good person...
The rooms in the annex are very dangerous. Too high steep, you hit your head on the top step!?
When I pointed this out to the owner, he played the fool or me!? Because it was too dangerous for my wife, we had to find another hotel. Of course, the owner didn't want to hear about any refund...
I don't know how the owner got the Usage Permit - if he even has one?
Also food- dinner is on level 2 star hotel...

Thank you for your review, but I completely disagree with what you wrote! First of all, you knew very well that you had booked at our Annex and not at the main building. You also knew it was a not refundable rate and were therefore aware that there were no refunds. Of your own free will, you chose differently from what we had offered and stayed at another hotel. You wanted to dine here every night with your friends (who had booked at the main building) and even paid for the extras, knowing there was no difference to your credit. Every night, you enjoyed your meal because both Mattia and Ashis personally asked for it, so please do not kid us; this is not fair to all our employees. The rooms assigned are in compliance with public establishment licenses, accompanied by legislative permits regarding safety and firefighting, so please don't dare assert any contravention. If you are trying to make it personal, I was not stupid and never dared to suggest you were. You did not like the room even though you booked it. Due to internal regulations, we never refunded a quote non-refundable; rates except in cases of injury or death. You tried to get an upgrade, even for a fee, but we had no other rooms available. I wish you a good life and I beg you not to return because we, my staff and me, feel offended by your behavior, not viceversa.
