Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly, nice location. The staff were helpful and communicative.

Absolutely awesome little place welcoming, relaxed. What a fantastic location. The staff were so friendly and funny. Nice room, comfortable double bed I slept so well. Very clean, everything so good from check in to check out. Enjoyed my stay here I absolutely suggest this place.

Zero humanity and inability to relate to the public.

I made a reservation for tonight. Unfortunately, my reservation was canceled this morning due to the loss of a close family member. I contacted the reception, which, in a rather inhumane and almost rude manner, dismissed the call with "I do not have the regulations in hand," without even attempting to suggest contacting a manager to accommodate us, even just to reschedule the reservation. It was an unworthy and indecent treatment towards a customer who has already frequented the establishment multiple times and would have continued to do so until next year, but had to cancel the reservation for very serious reasons. Needless to say, I do not intend to set foot in the aforementioned hotel again.
I sincerely hope they can reconsider their humanity and interaction with the public, which is already normally lackluster and minimal, and this time showed extreme disinterest towards the customer.

Recommended experience

Very clean and comfortable hotel. It is located a few steps from Piazza Benghazi and very close to the Lingotto. The price is definitely worth the structure. Surrounded by shops of all kinds, from the hairdresser to the supermarket to the flea market. I definitely recommend

Staff is pretty good, the guys are awesome and try to help us on everything.
The room is small and hot. The AC is like nothing. We borrowed from them a fan, because the AC is chaotic, doesn’t work at all.
