Horrendous. We stayed for under an hour before finding an alternative place to stay.
We were allocated Il Costello, which is not actually an apartment, but a collection of rooms afforded limited privacy. To get to the kitchen and dining room, you exit the apartment door, enter the communal stairway, turn left, then right, then the door is on the left. There is no lock. You can then access the dining room and area designated as a kitchen, which, at the time of our stay had no working electrical sockets we could use.
In the kitchen we were greeted with the previous guests dishes still dirty in the dishwasher.
As mentioned, there were no electrical sockets on the walls behind the counters. It was suggested that we put a chair in the path of the door and rest the kettle on it to boil it for a cup of tea or coffee. The problem with this was the cable was too short. I believe that this may have worked with the Nespresso machine, but we never tested it before leaving.
Out the back of the kitchen is the terrace, which is very disappointing and not somewhere we'd want to spend time. It looks like the building's AC unit is there too, it has no view and limited sunshine.
The living room was dusty and much of the seating was uncomfortable. However, the rocking chair was comfortable. There was damage to the walls, floor and plaster. Bring in the countryside, it looked like an ideal point for mice to enter and exit. The carpet on the floor is adorned with swastikas. The plus side to this room was that there was a working electrical socket close enough to the floor that we could use the kettle. In case you are in this predicament you can check the photo to find this spot.
You walk through the living room to the twin room. While there are two very small beds, these had mattresses on them, unlike the other "bed". The "dolls house" beds were very short and you'd probably struggle to sleep comfortably if an adult above 160cm or 75kg. When one person who is 6 foot tall was lying in the bed their head hit one end of the frame and feet the other as evidenced in our pictures.
The next "double bed" room was the most disappointing bedroom. The bed was made of two chaise joined together. We sat on the bed and it was so soft and dusty we checked the mattress to discover it was not a mattress but a poorly cut and chipped foam pad without a mattress protector on it. If you're not sure what I mean by this, please see the picture. As this was not a bed with a mattress, underneath it was very dusty and dirty I was concerned this was potentially because of all of the previous guests dead skin cells and dust mites. The air conditioning did not work in this room which was an absolute deal breaker in summer. We were told this could not be fixed. The shutters had been closed all day but the room was very hot.
The bathrooms were not used so we can't comment on the water pressure, but the second shower room (which is accessed through a corridor with a window into the communal areas) looked like something from a poorly repaired hostel.
The owners representative said she would have moved us to another apartment but none were available. Overall, the accommodation was unsuitable for four adults, more importantly, it lacked security and privacy. The air conditioning not working was unbearable for sleep if there had been a proper bed with a mattress.
We ended up having a lovely holiday, just not here.
Our relative from Monselice (a few miles away) phoned up after nobody contacted us. Our Italian is not good, but he is local so we thought having someone explain the place was not as sold because it was not an apartment and didn't have working AC in the bedroom, but they ignored him too.

Too bad…
After less than a week I call and no one answers, I write another email for some information, they reply that the apartment is no longer available.
I'll send another email for another appointment and... ♀️. More heartfelt. Thanks and best regards
