Second visit, always satisfied.

Hotel visited in the past. Perfect location. Excellent restaurant. Room 101 is very spacious (facing the kitchens, at times the smells could be bothersome). The only thing to improve in our opinion is the breakfast. We agree on avoiding waste, but the selection is not very varied.

Hotel to avoid, but

Hotel to avoid, at least as far as room 206 "triple with loft" is concerned, with poor ventilation, only a small window, and no water mixing in the bathroom, always hot water; but everything is compensated for by a fabulous hotel restaurant, run by an amazing Chef: Libero Ratti, who delighted us with excellent menus. Well done.

Almost everything more than good, only the water is too expensive.

The dinner was excellent and very unique, both the meat and the vegetables. Just one note, as I have already reviewed on others, I find it absurd to pay 3 euros for a 0.50 cl bottle of water; there is no special preparation work for this like there is for the dishes on the menu, so why speculate on it, on a product that in any supermarket costs not even 0.20 cents. Let's try to be serious. You need to make a profit, but do it on professionalism, not on nothing.

Buongiorno, serviamo esclusivamente Acqua Panna e San Pellegrino in bottiglia di vetro, prodotti riconosciuti per l'altissima qualità. Riteniamo che il prezzo di 3 € sia più che corretto e adeguato, poiché non copre soltanto il valore del prodotto in sé, ma garantisce un formato in vetro specifico per la ristorazione, la gestione della conservazione e un servizio al tavolo curato in ogni dettaglio.

Unexpected Hospitality Deep In The Forest

This comfortable hotel in the middle of the forest exceeded our expectations. We would comment it for a comfortable room, good bar, and excellent restaurant. Most of all, the staff went out of their way to help us when we had a blowout with our rental car and had to call a towing company. Without the help of English-speaking, Dominga, at reception we would have been in trouble. She spent hours making calls, finding us a room, and assisting us to get back on our feet. The restaurant had an unexpected menu, which was nice.

Unique setting with exceptional food

Stayed as part of an InnTravel walking holiday. Walked several miles from near Vieste through the forest to arrive here. Room and bathroom very well appointed. Worth noting you cannot drink the tap water here, so you need to buy bottled water - it is not offered free.
Staff charming and proud of their lovely hotel - but the jewel in the crown is the exceptional food and restaurant standard.
