Calm and pleasant

Great stay, simple but functional hotel. Good breakfast, service as well. Attentive. Quiet place with good options to eat.

Italy is amazing but I have bitter taste because of hotel employees

It is impossible to have coffee in the morning.Men who works is very rude.Couple of things in bathroom are broken.Never again

Awful.

Worst place (I dare not call it a hotel) where I have stayed in my life. Everything is horrifying, the reception, the elevator, the room, the bathroom was joke, breakfast, dinner. Anyway, never come back for free. Nothing recommended at all

Great bed and bathroom. Terrible view on the wall (from our bedroom). The owner was nice and polite. Staff without english knowledge. Breakfast was good, nothing special. Great coffee, but terrible juice.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. This is a nice family-owned hotel in the centre of Montecatini Terme. The reception and the corridors are decorated in a modern way which differs a lot from the design of rooms. Although the rooms are clean and very practical the furniture and design is from 80's or 90's. But that's not something to complain. Everything is very clean and neat. And there is a quite nice terrace with a few seat just in front of the reception.
The main problem with this hotel is very meager breakfast (Unfortunately this is a common situation in hotels in Tuscany). I don't understand why is it a problem to put two or three types of ham in stead of one (probably the cheapest one). Or to put cereals. Or to put jam. Even when one pays extra for the reinforced continental breakfast he gets the same as if he didn't pay. On the other hand dinners are quite nice and tasty. I hope that someone from the family that runs the hotel reads this and that they will do something about this. Than I would gladly stay in this hotel again.
