This is a nice hotel, one block from the lungomare well kept and run by some great folks. The room was impeccably clean with a very nice balcony with views of the sea. The bed was good but had poly sheets.

Reviews are unfair here. This is a very cheap hotel and you get what you pay for.
The good: Excellent private beach in front, lovely sunloungers free to use and the beach is truly stunning. The hotel is very clean - you can smell the cleanliness in the sheets and everything is polished well. Breakfast is basic but functional. I put it in the "good" because I'm not expecting anything amazing for such a cheap hotel.
The bad: Everything in my room was broken, broken shelves, broken safe, broken hair dryer, broken tap (worked but they had sellotaped it from falling apart), broken shower head (the shower still worked but couldn't adjust height). The building needs a desperate renovation. Some staff seem very uninterested. No pool. Bed too soft so a bit uncomfortable.
All in all I can't complain. Considering this was the cheapest beach hotel I could find in all of Europe during bank holiday when everything is so expensive... It did the job and at least everything was clean.

To be avoided

I was a guest of this hotel from May 1 to 3, so 2 nights. I have a small dog so I had to pay a supplement of 10 euros per night, according to what I was told, for special cleaning...
In the 3 days the room was never cleaned, the beds never made, except by me.
The important thing: the bathroom lacks the bidet. The guy at the front desk told me that when I book I have to be more careful, I have to look at the pictures. I stayed in room 338 (keychain of those you find in the hardware store for 1 euro) and in the bathroom there is no two, without bidet, the shower stick that falls on you. There is no fridge, the air conditioner does not work (always the same guy told me that the air conditioners do not work either on the third or fourth floor. Actually, the balcony next to mine was on. Boh, it'll be a coincidence.
Breakfast included: croissants, tarts, mortadella and cooked shoulder, the cheap ones. Don't expect any particularity or fruit.
PS: on their website I see bidets in the photos of the bathrooms.
So to avoid, at least room 338, horrible and crumbling.

There was no toilet paper, no toilet seat, not tissues, no paper or plastic cups. I got one towel. The bed springs made sleeping uncomfortable. Heat/AC worked well and the balcony was nice.

Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days.
Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend.
