The dirtiest thing I've ever seen in my life..

Perhaps one of the dirtiest accommodations I've stayed at. 1. It is unacceptable that they have not cleaned the used toilet paper of the previous ones. 2. The "carpet" in the classroom might not have been cleaned in a long time and was smelly. I had to take it out of the apartment.
3. It is unacceptable to have the hairs from the previous ones in the shower.
4. The fridge was old and the freezer was full of ice as it had probably never been defrosted.
5. The air conditioning was the biggest joke. It was a device that in order to work you had to take a pipe out of the window with the result that more heat came inside!!
In general, - with the exception of its very good location - it was unacceptable apartment as it was absolutely filthy.
In the fact that I suffered all this suffering, booking.com is certainly also responsible, as it does not check the specifications of the accommodations. Normally the same company should refund me the money but above all not pay my unacceptable host.!!

Awful

Awful- Dirty - No air condition - Rude host.
We booked the apartment via booking and it was an awful experience.Matia the host stopped reading our messages and completely ignored us. The apartment was filthy dirty and it didn’t have air condition. In the kitchen there were flies, in the bathroom the bin was full of garbage, the carpet was dirty, there were hair all over the floor.

Delusione pressocché completa

Appartamento centrale ma visibilmente datato e trascurato. La fastidiosa incuria comprendeva l'assenza di tende alle finestre (si era praticamente in strada.; addirittura in una delle due camere mancava anche la persiana), la mancanza di comodini in camera da letto (chiaramente c'erano stati, ma chissà dove erano stati trasferiti), la scarsa pulizia generale e particolarmente nel bagno (box doccia sinistrato), la mancanza di una sopracoperta adeguata alla stagione (piumone o lenzuolo). Fortunatamente, non avendone bisogno, ci siamo risparmiati l'uso della minacciosa minicucina. Dulcis in fundo, il portoncino d'accesso chiudeva difettosamente e il gestore (o proprietario) non si è mai visto. Costo di tutta 'sta delizia decisamente eccessivo, considerato anche il periodo.
