Great location for attractions
Location was great for what we needed to tour the parts of Naples we wanted to see. Also close to pompeii and mount Vesuvius to do a tour.
We found lots of places to eat close by and a little deli across the street for baked goods and coffee. The room was clean and had enough room for 4 of us. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The room was easily accessible with self check in

Value for money, good location
On first appearance room looked good, large (comfy) bed, small fridge, wardrobe with drawers. The fridge had just been turned on and took approx 36 hours to get down to temp. Air conditioning available, if a little creaky, so couldn’t use overnight without disturbing sleep.
There is a safe inside the wardrobe, unfortunately it’s not secured down therefore not secure.
Bathroom is well equipped if small. There is a small step into bathroom, which can be a bit hazardous if getting up in the night. Shower cubicle is tight to get into so if you’re of a larger build you may struggle. Daily cleaning is acceptable, however needs a more detailed clean - the sealant around shower is filthy and mouldy; the grout needs attention. The inside door handle to the bathroom was broken so couldn’t be secured and difficult to keep closed whilst in use.
There is a lift to the accommodation floor, however there is a short flight (approx 9 steps) to get to the lift. Access via virtual key is good.
The blurb advised coffee would be available in common area. We were left two coffee pods in our room, no machine so couldn’t use them, and there was nothing outside. After 2 days nothing appeared and when I asked the virtual receptionist, they contacted owner who advised the machine was away for repair. We were not offered any instant coffee to use and we had one tea bag! Finally got a coffee machine in common area on 5th day of our stay, so not sure if owner was aware there wasn’t one there until we complained. Perhaps needs better communication between daily staff and owner.
Housekeeping came every day to clean and replace towels.
It’s in a good location, easy (approx 20 mins) to walk down to Garibaldi where there is the station and Ali bus from/to airport. There is a metro station within 100 metres. Many of the tours go from Star Hotel Terminus Garibaldi Station or the Port, which again is approx 20 mins walk. We chose Terminus as there’s a lot to see en route and plenty of places to eat. 10 min walk from the historic centre, which is bustling.
There is a supermarket 100 metres down the street, which we didn’t find until towards end of our stay. It has everything you would need. There’s a cafe opposite entrance which sells bakery items for breakfast if preferred. There are a couple of cafes next to the metro stop which are not bad. Everything local appears to shutdown at 2pm on Sundays.

Walking distance to alot of stores. The room has AC but we had to beg for the remote for the unit. They said it was againts the condo rules to turn it on before April 1st. After the 2nd day they brougt the remote to us. If you like the windows open when it is cool it is very very loud, espically from 6am on. The place is good just make sure you ask all the questions before you go.

Unbelievable subtract of property during the dawn. Entrance of meliantes in the room. Security zero...
We were in this accommodation with friends, now in October of this year 2025. In the fourth neighborhood to ours, an incredible subtraction occurred during the dawn. They just entered the apartment and cleaned it up. They took euros, dollars, two cell phones, all the credit cards, Brazilian documents, watch, purse, grade glasses and so on. And passions: during the dawn while they slept. Luckily they didn't wake up. The establishment's claim: damaged security cameras. We had to face police, record of occurrence and so on. I mean, don't get into that hole. There's a gang installed on site. I've never seen anything like that.

We're happy about the property, very clean . Convenient to shops and restaurants. Transportation, just 2 minutes walk to Metro train and 15 minutes walk to the pier for ferry.
