The property is in the hood. However, I felt safe, no one bothered me while I was out during the day or night. The room was clean, just the right size, the bed was comfortable, and nice shower. Restaurants great, markets, and other shops are in walking distance. Overall stay was great. I would stay here again.

You cannot contact the property except through chat service. They have different cancellation policies than that used by their agent, Expedia on their booking confirmations so be careful as you struggle to get assistance and/ or refund.

Non-existent service and cleaning to be reviewed

Local service is completely absent. The door of the room booked was broken so it was not possible to close it in any way. The towels were not clean and the bed base was broken.

The place itself was not too bad, the room was clean and everything looked ok. The bed was relatively comfortable as well. The location is a little bit sketchy, when we first arrived around 10pm on Sunday was decided to walk 25 minutes from the station to the location. On the way, there was a lot of garbage everywhere and felt a little uncomfortable. But we soon learned that the whole city is like that and there is nothing to worry about. The customer service was horrible, we had a ton of issues getting into the unit. Once we arrived we were given a code to open the main door no issue. Once we got upstairs in front of the door there is 4 lockboxes one for every room in the unit. Summary of what happened:
- we weee given a code for our box which did not open it. When we messaged her she essentially said we are incompetent and dont know how to open it.
- sent her a video of us doing everything correct she told us to force it open (we couldnt)
- she still said we dont know what we are doing and offered no help. We kept messaging her asking for a solution
- gave us a code for another box we got the key went into the room and it was occupied. She said oops my bad ok go out of there
- ended up waiting for an hour
- some guy came called her, tried the code and it didnt work.
- he forcefully pried it open most likely breaking the box and gave us the keys.
- were told in the morning leave the key with receptionist, no one was there

Stay in Naples

We stayed at this B&B for three nights, from Friday to Sunday.
Nothing to say about the location, very well connected between bus and metro and still not far from the center. a separate review for the situation in the room.
The room entrusted to us was the Fashion Room, the mattress totally sunk, with a beautiful white duvet not at all in theme with 35 degrees in the shade and the air conditioner completely drained.
Despite having reported the critical issues, no one has solved the problems or otherwise provided alternative solutions.
definitely we will return to Naples, which we loved, but not in this B&B.
