Would love to come back again!

Price/performance = top!
Room was new, with a new bathroom. Air conditioning top. Location was perfect. Right next to the subway and train station. The hop-on hop-off bus also stops very close by.
Breakfast was more than sufficient.
Coffee, several juices, various yogurts, melon, eggs, croissants, bread, cookies, crostata, cake, butter, jam, chocolate spread, cheese, and cold cuts. For this price, more than enough selection!
Very nice staff. Clean. Everything was great for us. We were there for 3 days and would have stayed longer, but unfortunately, our vacation is over.
We would stay there again anytime. Soap and towels, as well as a hair dryer, are provided. Shampoo should be brought along. There is also a refrigerator in the room, so we were able to keep our drinks cold. We were accommodated at the B&B in room "Spade," which is located in the annex. However, it is connected by an inner courtyard.

Terrible.

They lived in 2 local room 5 from 25.06.26 to 29.06.26. Booked on Booking. Gino's manager met us. To my questions why the room does not match the description on the booking i.e. lack of kitchen facilities in the world kitchen, the room is much smaller in area than indicated, the window opens to the well and not to the city as stated . Photos don't match .Accordingly, there was no sun at all . After asking questions, he just started kicking us out of the room screaming that he would cancel our reservation. Since it was evening and we were tired after a long flight we stayed in the room. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows . Towels washed to holes. No room was cleaned at all during the weekend. No bills are issued. The shower in the shower enclosure does not actually switch to top mode. The water tap in the so-called kitchenette is broken and the water is turned off .The manager of Gino was seen only at check-in and morning at eviction . With great difficulty, the receipt for payment was collected the morning of departure... The area itself is very dirty. Transport accessibility not available .. The nearest metro and transport station is 800 metres on foot. This is the area of Piazza Garibaldi - Central Station . There are a lot of tramps and dubious personalities outside. Which keeps you tense and uncomfortable. Not recommended.

Completely a disaster.

A hotel truly in total disarray, with rude staff. Located in a place equally in total decay, with continuous arguments among immigrants and at least 20 of them at the entrance at any hour of the day or night, thus depriving a peaceful return, especially in the evening. Shouts and bottles flying every few minutes; one evening, a glass bottle landed next to us as we returned, thrown by one of them for no reason. An experience not to be repeated (I want to clarify that I had not even booked at Hotel Garibaldi but at Napoli Suite), but the management thought to be clever and put me where no one would go directly! TO BE CLOSED

Hotel located close to Garibaldi train station.
I assume it is not the best neighborhood in Napoli to stay in, although coming back late at night was very safe.
Breakfast was basic, very limited choices but enough to start the day with.
Very nice staff. Always smiling. Always helpfull.

We picked this place as convenient location to train station and airport. The location was good for our needs, the space was OK. Staff was excellent and easy to check in. Bathrooms, lighting, mirrors, ledges need some repair or replacement. Bed was fine - storage and safe were nice.
