Excepcional

Gran trato y la habitación mas que correcta por su limpieza y comodidad. Muy recomendable porque tambien esta en una zona muy tranquila y cerca del Metro Mergellina y tambien del mar. Para repetir otra vez.

Shameful Processing

I stayed with two of my friends for two nights and we found poor hygiene conditions: the bathroom seemed not to have been washed for months as we found pieces of plaster in the sink, hair scattered everywhere and not even a hand soap. In the room dust, broken and blocked mosquito net, mold on the wall, dirt on the tray with cups. We could not take a shower because very dirty and the towels had yellow spots everywhere. Icing on the cake, just in the direction of the bed a dirty sock stuck in the led. We contacted the owner as soon as we arrived at the property but did not receive a response until the next evening. We tried to find a solution but it was impossible to have a mature dialogue with the owner.

Enjoyable stay

Strategic location, clean and comfortable room. The host really helpful and friendly, met every request both in the presence and by phone, also indicating the excellent places to eat meals. The view from the terraces is lovely and the promenade of Chiaia is very suggestive. Recommended both for short stays and for a longer period.

B&B in the heart of Mergellina, one of the most beautiful areas of Naples, city of the heart. It is also a short walk from Mergellina metro station, which facilitates travel. Owner available. Nice structure, spacious rooms. Beautiful panoramic terrace.

. . . .MERITA UNA MIGLIORE GESTIONE!!!

. . . . . un posto così carino non meritava così tanta disattenzione nella pulizia!!
Ma cio ' che piu' ha dato fastidio e' stata la presunzione che la pulizia era stata fatta,
oltre all' imbarazzante giustificazione " . . . . ma vi abbiamo anche fatto lo sconto! "
