Absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Scianna. Everything was spotless, fresh, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The apartment felt welcoming from the moment we arrived and had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Palermo.
The self check-in was super smooth and Gaia’s communication and service were outstanding from start to finish, helpful and quick to respond. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful details, the cozy atmosphere and how clean and well maintained everything was.
We truly felt at home here and will warmly recommend Casa Scianna to anyone visiting Noto. We would happily stay here again!”

Very spacious bed

Excellent bed, clean room and street level but with minimal noise. We missed a refrigerator.

This is my second stay at this lovely bed and breakfast and is one of my favorite places ever. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful and I love walking down the street to the bar for a cappuccino and pastry.

This is my third trip to Noto and my first trip here traveling by myself and not with my family. As such, I thoroughly enjoyed my beautiful room, a pleasant eight minute walk from all of my favorite restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast included in the room price at the bar down the street is wonderful, everyone there is so friendly.

Could be done better

Our review is definitely very different from the others. We are not pretentious or demanding people but honestly our experience was very disappointing. I start with the positive things that are actually there: the kindness, cleanliness and size of the rooms.
Now the negatives: ugly, decadent, dark and not well cared for. For downtown it is best to take the car. The entrance of the structure is located in an alley and as soon as the door is opened you find yourself in front of a long and steep staircase that does not appear in any photo and that makes it difficult to access for those with mobility problems, children etc. Ours was a dark, stuffy cube with no window and gloomy lights. The third room is on the street and they moved us to the one that has no light or air anyway.
In addition, breakfast in this period you have to go to a partner bar about 300 meters from the structure.
In short, in Sicily where even in November the sky is blue we were in a dark and oppressive place. So for us, I judge it quite negative.
