Exceptional Relaxation

In a perfectly preserved medieval palace where on the ground floor there is a beautiful Spanish memory, on the first floor stands the Ancient dwelling.
A beautiful hallway as in the houses of the 800 lead you into a technological bedroom. With the badge open the door, the door of the dwelling and the door of your bedroom.
Brand new environment, clean, spacious, with a wonderful terracotta floor instead of the hateful carpets.
The bathroom is a wedding favor, even with emotional (double) shower with LED lights all colored.
Fantastic quality of sleep. Thanks to the climate and soundproof windows for a room overlooking the main street, you get great sleeps.
One last mention to Mr. Luigi, the Host. Very kind person friendly and helpful.

Magnificent discovery

Magnificent discovery, in the center of Orbetello a few kilometers away from every seaside Attraction, perfect location. Clean room equipped with everything, I really appreciated. The Owner very kind and nice. Definitely will be back!

avoid as there are better hotels just a hundred yards up the road ,this is a piss take , iordered b and b but was told i had to pay breakfast, dont waste your money,go to the railway hotel and say gary sent you ask for francesco

a very spartan room in a car park, we paid for bed and breakfast but they said breakfast extra so we walked down to the hotel della stazione and had it there ,give this a miss but hey you can do exactly what you want

A wonderful little hotel

Spotlessly clean, large double bedrooms with modern shower room, complimentary toiltries and fridge which came in very handy. The owner is so helpful, genuinely the nicest man I've ever met and he kindly gave us a lift to the beach on day one and took us to the station on our last day in time to catch our train. The hotel is situated in the heart of the town so everything is accessible and within walking distance. The beach is accessible by car, regular shuttle bus or you can hire a bike and cycle on the dedicated lane, about 3km. I would highly recommend this little gem of a hotel and would definitely stay again.
