Super consigliato!!

We were guests at the property for a wedding. Upon our arrival there was a small problem in the room, solved immediately. The location very nice, spotless and the owners very kind, welcoming and helpful

discovering TUSCIA VITERBESE.

We stayed 4 nights in the DIMORA SABATINI, basically we occupied the entire house of the owner Mrs. Laura, who welcomed us upon our arrival. Breakfast was not at the B&B, but at Conad, so the essentials, croissant and coffee, without fruit and yogurt, a bit reductive, in my opinion. In the house you can enjoy a welcoming living area, where you can enjoy coffee and herbal teas. The rooms were clean, large and warm; the bathroom was large, although blind, but it had no shelf on which to place the toiletry bag and the shower had a "CURTAIN" which I would recommend replacing with a nice tempered glass, more hygienic and practical. The stay went well and we discovered this unknown piece of Lazio.
Thanks again to the very kind Mrs. Laura who gave us very useful advice for visiting nearby towns.

There is a whole world in Lazio beyond Rome

Mrs. Laura immediately put us at ease by offering us even better accommodation than planned (without asking us for price differences).
The rooms are beautiful and spacious with one small flaw in my opinion, the curtain to close the shower instead of a sliding or folding door.
Too bad about the breakfast at the bar. I can only imagine breakfast being served in the common room, calmly and conversing with the lady.

lovely find

We stayed in Oriolo for the mushroom festival last weekend.
This a lovely place to stay. Congratulations to Maria Laura, Ale and of course the mamma for the hospitality.
The rooms are spotless and the place is in front of the train station. Ideally located to visit Rome or viterbo which are short train journey away.
The owners are very helpful if you need anything.
They even left the room to us for the last day as the flight was in the evening.
I totally recommend this accommodation if you are in the area.

Don't pass through Oriolo Romano

My husband and three year old daughter had the pleasure of staying at B&B Dimora Sabatini for 2 nights late in May 2013.
We arrived very late in the evening and were fortunate our family who were also staying in Oriolo made the arrangements for us and we were greeted by a beautifully decorated room, most comfortable for ourselves especially our daughter (a portable cot had been prepared together with a single bed and cute hanging teddy bear).
The Owners of the establishment were very accommodating and we enjoyed the breakfasts each morning.
The facilities were clean, neat, tidy, modern and decorated with style. The location is very convenient for the train station and local supermarket, together with a easy walk to the center of the town.
Oriolo Romana is an ideal location to base your travels if you wish to explore Roma (no more than 1 hour by train) or head north to the Tuscany region, mind you Lazio is full of interesting places to visit, including the abandoned town of Monterano and ancient town of Sutri.
We recommend B&B Dimora Sabatini as your accommodation preference in and around Oriolo Romano!
