The Hotel Ristorante Villa Crespi is set in an impressive 19th-century building surrounded by private gardens which lead to a beautiful lake.

Beautiful hotel, in great location with wonderful service.
Firstly this is a spectacular, historic, building that is truly impressive both inside and out.
Booking was straightforward online and problem free.
Note there is a famous Michelin starred restaurant onsite. This is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays making those evening have greater availability.
Staff were truly wonderful. Incredibly helpful, courteous and friendly. Everyone we met spoke excellent English.
Breakfast was wonderful, with a typical selection of Italian baked goods, fresh fruits, juices, yoghurts and cereals. There was also a chef manned egg station, but we didn’t use this.
Our room (221) had a view over the gardens an was very well equipped and comfortable. Air conditioning was effective and relatively quiet.
Coffee in the room was also good but it took a few moments to figure out the machine.
The bar was comfortable and provided an excellent service.

Always an excellent opportunity to celebrate some life events in this hotel of great beauty and values
One of the most impressive hotels in the world due to its architecture, excellent service, welcome , suites, food e il Lago d'Orta nel "Nostro amato Piemonte"
We arrived in the afternoon under a beautiful unforeseen sun accentuating the autumn colors of the trees bordering the lake.This was our second stay at Villa Crespi (Pero senza la mamma)
Our available suite was beautifully and preciously decorated.
We celebrated our 36th wedding year by dining at the three-starred restaurant of the great chef Antonino as he is affectionately called in his pastry shop in Vicolungo.We shared a photograph together, kindly proposed and which pleased us.
The meal was grand in this historic hall. Impeccable service and excellent food.we opted for the "bon voyage" menu with:
-its frog legs with butter, garlic chantilly perfectly fragrant and presented accompanied by two croquettes of wild rice perfectly mastered.
-The onion truffled with caviar and champagne absolutely innovative and tasty.
The surprising and tasteful Gillardeau oyster with caviar, turnip granite, buttermilk and red wine vinegar may be, I don't remember! It was a great moment. So was the surprise of the chef
-Li spaghettone al pomodoro from the slopes of Monte Vesuvio Napoli.Al dente , tasty and admirably presented.
Our birthday dessert gift was very appreciated.The half circle of white chocolate and multiple lemons from its execution was a total refreshing sensation of pleasure.
Congratulations to all the brigade and its leader present on site for having fun.

A wonderful experience in every way
We spent three nights at Villa Crespi. It is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. 14 rooms overlooking Lake Orta. The hotel is predominantly there because of the wonderful 3 star Michelin restaurant which is open from Wednesday through to Saturday. We arrived on a Sunday and departed on the Thursday so we ate in the restaurant on our last night. We cannot emphasise the beauty, tranquility and comfort, not to mention the service from the Wednesday morning (when the full team was on board). Thank you to Stephanie the general manager and all hee team for making our stay so memorable.
