Great accommodation, very helpful staff, very kind owner. Optimal location for those who need the Station. Very clean, nice, very kind and helpful owner.

To avoid.....
Absolutely to avoid.
We stayed for work one night, inordinate price, no breakfast, noisy and dated.
The price is not in line with the services offered.
Definitely if we are in the area next time we will go elsewhere.

near the station .........and nothing more
vintage hotel remained from the 80s in terms of style and furnishings rooms and mignon bed acceptable breakfast and kindness at the reception the only positive side is the proximity to the Orte station for the rest nothing more than an adequate renovation would be necessary

For a quick overnight stay in Orte.
One evening at the end of July I missed a connection from Orte FS towards the north, and so as not to sleep at the station, I found this hotel right nearby (maybe 200 meters away).
Mrs. Maria Letizia, at the concierge, was very kind and found me a room;
he even gave me a small discount.
The next morning I had breakfast, left the key in a tray at the desk and took the longed-for train.

Pleasant stay :)
If you're looking for VERY helpful and friendly staff (I believe they are the owners of hotel), a good breakfast and a decent place to stay, hotel letizia is ideal. The place is not luxury but then again the prices are not high. My friends and I did a race in Orte and the staff were very helpful in terms of keeping our room after check out for a shower, directions, and anything else that we needed.
We had a pleasant stay :)
