Such a nice place

Took a two night stopover with my family here when doing a tour in Italy and what a place! Beautifully renovated, nice rooms and really good food. Perfect spot for a base when going to the wineries in Valpolicella and a visit to the Garda region. Friendly staff, though not that good in English (my Italian worse though) but we managed to arrange everything and the wifi works without any flaws so google images of the menu works. Would I go back, definitely!

Bad.

Experience to forget. I was there with my fishing company for a race on the canalbianco in Ostiglia. We shot many farms, bed and breakfasts, hotels but this was the worst experience. They demanded advance payment (never happened!). We were notified via whatsapp the access code to the rooms after sending our identity documents by the same route. On our arrival nothing. A (I think) waiter directed us to the sidewalk to get to the rooms and told us to call a whatsapp number for instructions. We asked the lady who was cleaning up the rooms if we could go to the bar for a drink, and we got no answer. Some of my associates had their room given after 5:30 p.m. A gentleman then badly told us to move the cars to the corner because he had an event with 200 people and the parking had to be free for them. The racket of the event lasted into the night. We had dinner elsewhere. On the way back we asked to be able to consume a digestive while we had a chat. Service not scheduled. Breakfast? Two packed croissants and four biscuits in hospital canteen packs, the DIY coffee machine in the room. We fishermen are good, we don't have who knows what demands when we are away. We're not looking for extra luxury. But this place managed to embarrass us too.

Good hotel but...

Nice room and outside of the hotel is very beautiful. Bed and accommodation are good !!!
New hotel so some points are not still working. Difficulties to find the hotel in the middle of night. GPS of my phone and the car were not able to bring me there. Hopefully I saw a sign on the road and was able after 1 hour to find the hotel.
Wi-Fi free of charge but always losing the signal
Price between a deluxe and double room is exaggerate
Nice staff but not speaking English
Not able to pay with a card perhaps due to the wifi connection.
To stay there for a view days for a couple very good idea but not for a business trip

Cena in compagnia

Per un compleanno siamo stati invitati qui a mangiare, location molto carina e ben ristrutturata, con pavimento in vetro per vedere le rovine sottostanti. Io ho preso le lasagnette all'anatra, buonissime. Personale cortese, unico neo tempi di attesa un po' lunghi, ma eravamo seduti e abbiam ciacolato. Tornerò per provare le rane fritte.

Super hotel

Geweldige gastvrije ontvangst.
Mooie schone kamers en een goed restaurant.
Het ligt echt afgelegen, maar daardoor zeer rustig en in combinatie met een goede keuken, is het er heerlijk vertoeven.
Komen zeker terug als we in de buurt zijn.
Goede prijs kwalitijd verhouding.
