Lots of cash

Stayed at the property on 17 and 18 October 2025. We had a whole apartment available (there is no kitchen ), bedroom with a large comfortable bed, mini-fridge, en suite bathroom with shower and terrace. On the other side of the apartment, in another room we find the beautiful Jacuzzi already in temperature and with chrome therapy, in front of comfortable sauna for two people and adjacent to a second bathroom also equipped with shower. Comfortable also the relaxation area on the terrace quite large and with armchairs. Coffee area. If we return to Palermo we will return. Thank you.

Bad experience

Bad experience, room different from the one booked, rude and unprofessional owner. Very serious hygiene conditions (dirty bed, jacuzzi full of hair, dirty floor). Abandoned living room immediately. Structure poorly managed and to be avoided.

Excellent potential and cleanliness, but several structural and comfort criticalities

The structure looks very good at first glance: the furniture is nice and modern and the cleanliness is really impeccable, an aspect that I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the stay was not comfortable due to several functional shortcomings, accentuated by the harsh weather in March:
• Jacuzzi area: The tub is located in a semi-open veranda. With the current temperatures and rain, the environment was freezing. Basic winter precautions are missing, such as non-slip mats (unfortunately I slipped due to the water and cold as I entered the room) or disposable slippers.
• Thermal Comfort and Shower: Inside the chamber, hot air did not come out of the air conditioner. Once back from the cold of the veranda, I encountered problems in the shower: although working, the "cascade" function is inconvenient and did not provide hot water, making it difficult to warm up.
• Soundproofing: Sore note for rest. Loud music coming from the rooms below was so loud that it sounded like a "rave" in the room, everything reverberated, impossible to sleep. And this is really bad for those looking for relaxation.
It's a shame, because the structure is beautiful, but it seems not to be equipped to accommodate in the winter months or to ensure the necessary silence. Surely there are the rooms where the whirlpool is present in the room, so for those who take the room like mine with the hydro outside it is good to specify that it is located outside and on the semi-open veranda as I said. Ms. Valentina, the one who takes care of the reservation was very helpful and kind. It would take little (mats, better heating management and more insulating fixtures) to make the experience equal to the aesthetics.

My stay at Abside Hotel in Palermo was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — the perfect place to relax after exploring the city.
A special mention goes to Valentina, the host — she was truly adorable, kind, and always available whenever we needed help or advice. Her hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo, and I’ll definitely come back and book with Valentina again! 💛🇮🇹

The hot tub behind the bed made a rather odd layout of the room. The steel outside door slams horribly and rather destroyed what was otherwise a peaceful place.
