Day at the pool 100% relaxation

First time at this place, had lunch there too, perfect service, ate three Bresaola sandwiches, there were two of us though, a portion of baked potatoes super good and to finish around 4:00 PM we treated ourselves to two Magnums

The pool is a strong point

My partner and I had a very good experience. Excellent welcome, clean environment, helpful and polite staff. The highlight of the property is the pool, which is also always clean. Available to guests with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Possibility to eat on-site or even consume your own food under the gazebo. One day we had lunch there and I must say it was nothing short of excellent. The only flaw, and quite annoying, was that the pool was also open to outsiders in addition to guests, and therefore, a huge mess was created. It happened several times that we guests could not find available umbrellas because they were occupied by outsiders. And even though the managers were very careful to enforce the pool rules, there were children who made an incredible mess with shouting and diving. One afternoon, it was not even possible to use it because it was booked for a private event by outsiders. Another thing that I was disappointed about was when, at the time of check-out, which took place one day early for personal reasons (everything paid in advance for 7 nights), the owner did not even bother to ask why we were leaving the property a day early, or if it was perhaps caused by a problem there with them. Plenty of parking outside the property, on a public road, but under video surveillance, because inside it was practically impossible since a maximum of 3 cars could fit. Overall, I would return, for the kindness, cleanliness, and strategic location for getting around Palermo.

Very hard to locate. The streets outside the place are filthy. The “breakfast” is very very limited, 2 types of cereal, croissants and cookies. I wish I did a better research before booking this place.

everything under expectations

rooms totally neglected, bad cleaning, the sanitary little balances on the ground, microscopic bathroom, small shower uncomfortable and dirty (just arrived we opened the bathroom cabinet and found a used razor blade). at breakfast little choice, friendly owner. very small pool

Never, ever!

Bad experience at Villa San Lorenzo – zero transparency and lack of professionalism
I had contacted Villa San Lorenzo for information on the daily entrance to the pool. I was told a price list of €18 per adult and €7 per child per day. However, once it was specified that only my daughter and I would go, the answer changed: I was told that I would still have to pay €36, or the entire station, without the possibility of alternative options.
I find this behaviour opaque and absolutely incorrect. The lack of consistency in the information provided and the lack of flexibility are unacceptable.
Moreover, with a little girl in tow, I would certainly have made more drinks inside the structure, still generating revenue. But evidently the interest is not to retain the customer, but to maximize every single receipt, even at the cost of losing trust and credibility.
